I recently read this book. I found it amazing.

Its second book of Lucas which I read. First one was The "Product Marketing Manager: Responsibilities and Best Practices in a Technology Company".

My observations:
1. Book is super helpful to understand how things work in real life
2. Every chapter has notes | Small highlights
3. Book gives you templates and guides you about mindset as well as process
4. I found it super helpful as this kind of knowledge can be gained through experiences or talking to senior fellows but here we are getting it via book without putting efforts by reaching multiple people
5. If you read Product Marketing Manger book of this author, you will feel amazing as these 2 books are interconnected in a way
6. Reading both books will give you complete picture from Product as well as from Marketig perspective (in case you want to become full stack PM)

Special highlights are:
Roadmaps - I was not aware that here are multiple roadmaps for different stakeholders
How we can write and present effective roadmaps and execute things effectively can be learnt through this book

For those who wants to understand Product Management in real life, like how it works in companies should definitely read this book. Moreover, I would say, read both books. Both are amazing books.
