I want to like Consume Me more than 3 stars, but the plot is so standard. Don't get me wrong, the writing is good. This is my first read by Miss Michele. The smutt is off the chart hotness.

The characters are fun. Blaze is a typical damsel in distress. Unlike other heroines in MC romance, Blaze have a little back bone.

POV from Tuck is not much. I need more of his POV to understand his attraction to Blaze.

Overall an OK read.

The first moment Prospect for the Ravage MC Andrew "Tug" Tugger walked into X and saw Blaze on stage she caught his attention. Blaze ran to X and changed her life to escape a horrible past that was chasing her. She knew she couldn't have any attachments because she knew they would find her and she would have to run again. Unfortunately every time she saw Tug he burned her alive. She couldn't give into him but she couldn't say no either, not to him. I loved Tug and Blaze's story, it was full of passion, danger and plenty of heat. Blaze's past was so horrible and Tug had a past he was trying to overcome as well. This story drew me in with the conflict of the heart and head that Blaze was fighting. Love the family aspect of this series and the way the Ravage MC will do anything to protect theirs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK & SERIES!!!!

Consume Me was such a delightful installment in the "Ravage MC" series and I have to say that I am really loving these books here. I absolutely loved this one. While these aren't five star reads by any means, these are absolutely superb for MC romances. I absolutely adore the gritty vibes that this author is able to incorporate into these without them feeling too too dark.

In Consume Me is a story of a pining hero and unrequited love. There is a reason though that the hero is spurning the hero's interest in her and its not because she doesn't want exactly what he is looking for, but because she is on the run from her past and she has dangerous enemies and she won't put him at risk and the club. I also enjoyed the aspect that the hero is not yet fully in the club as he is a prospect and its wonderful to see this. Rarely in a MC romance do you see the beginning's of their entry into the club so I really appreciated that the author went all in on this one and the way that the club banded around him when he wasn't even fully in the club just shows the brotherhood for even the prospects.

Overall I had a blast with this one and really enjoying these in audio as well!!! Eager for the next one!

Consume Me is the third book in the Ravage MC series, following the story of Tug and Blaze.

 photo consumemejpg_zps3d4fdbd7.jpg

Blaze, a stripper working for the clubs 'Titty Bar' Club X has been on the run for the last 4 years, with a past she'd rather forget, she keeps herself locked tight. She's not interested in relationships. She knows one day her Demons will catch up with her, coursing her to run again.

Andrew 'Tug' Tugger has been a prospect for the Ravage MC for almost a year. After his family cut him loose, he longs to be accepted and to have people around him that care. What better than a brotherhood of men who would do anything to protect their own.

Tug has been after Blaze for a while and he's ready to make her his, but she's constantly throwing up her walls. Tug never taking no for an answer is a determined man on a mission. But Blaze is no push over she's dealt with enough pain and heartache at the hands of others to last her a lifetime.

 photo consumemeteaserjpg_zps81f42b5f.jpg

The main reason this has a lower rating is because I did have an issue with how the build up to them finally getting together played out. I've read enough MC books to know they aren't all hearts and flowers and these men live by their own rules, but there was a part that had me pissed. I won't go into detail because this is a spoiler free review, but I will say it took a while for Tug to get back into my good books. With that being said the story was completely action packed from start to finish keeping my attention enough to want to know how things played out, even after calling the Hero a few choice words.

I enjoyed Tug and Blaze's story but I did not wholeheartedly love it the way I did the 2 previous books.

The build up was really long, I mean 55% into is when they heat up as a couple. I don't like insta love books at all, but this just took way to long for me....

Also what kind of a ass thinks of a women as his, and knows he is gonna get her in the end, then goes and lets another club momma suck his dick because she got him all worked up and he needs the relief....I mean hello...not cool dude!!!!

Also the whole drama that Blaze had going on and what led to her being on the run was handled so quick at the end, it was almost anti climatic for me.... The previous books had more back story and intrigue with regards to the heroines "troubles"

Still I love this series and the ending has left me desperately wanting more and counting down till the next book....

Book 3 in the Ravage MC series. In my opinion this could be read as a standalone as each book is about different couple with separate threats and drama.

Andrew "Tug" Tugger is nearing the end of his year as a prospect and hopes to finally become a full member of the Ravage MC. Having left the Army, the transition back into civilian life was a hard one. The camaraderie and brotherhood the club provides is something he needs in his life. He has enjoyed club life to the full; including the women and the free sex available. That is until he met Blaze. He feels a strong pull towards the stripping Goddess and now no other woman can live up to the fantasies he has of her. Now he needs to make her his, even if it means going against the warnings from his club that she is off limits. Convincing her that they could be good for each other has become his top priority.

Blaze is on the run. Having left behind her old life 4 years ago, she found herself in Sumner and specifically in the office of Princess at X; the Ravage MC's strip club. When she arrived asking for help, Princess without asking questions helped her create a new persona, providing her with new I.D, social security number and a job. Since then she has become the star attraction at X, whilst keeping as low a profile as possible. She keeps herself to herself and the only friendships she has really made have been with Princess and particularly Casey. Men are totally off the menu. Too complicated and unwilling to understand her desire for emotional detachment. That is until a certain HOT biker refuses to take no for an answer.

Will Tug break down Blaze's walls? Will Blaze accept Tug's advances as genuine? Will they share with each other the ghosts of the past? and when the past catches up with them, will they be strong enough to fight it together?

Another good instalment in a very good MC series. This series has a really good balance between love and club politics and this story continues on that same tried and tested pathway. I like the fact that each book is a fresh start with a new couple and new threats, even though those of the past still linger in the background. The sex is hot and the violence and gritty element is balanced and doesn't feel forced.

I loved Tug. I had enjoyed his character in the previous book and I looked forward to finding out more about him; Ryan Michele didn't let me down. He is everything that you want in a biker. Alpha, hot, bossy, protective and with a super soft centre. He fights his own past by providing strength for those around him, in particular Blaze. I will be honest, I didn't quite connect as much with Blaze as I did with Casey in the last book. I appreciate that she was super damaged by her past and for that reason she struggled to form any emotional connections. However I did find the push and pull with Tug a little tiresome and I just wanted her to either go for it or walk away. She did however come into herself in the latter part of the book; I kind of think Ryan may have intentionally written her character this way though.

Ryan Michele's writing has a really easy style to it. It's clear, concise and very understandable. The amount of characters are just enough and the storyline's aren't so twisted and complicated that you become lost in the drama. I didn't like this book quite as much as Casey and GT's but that was always going to be a hard book to follow. However it was still a great read and as always she has set up the next book whilst leaving us guessing as to who the story will be about... how clever is that?

If you like me enjoy MC romance then you will love this series and the characters that Ryan has created. I now look forward to seeing who we get to read about next. Although to be honest I'm not fussy, they are all super hot!

**SHANYN'S REVIEW**

Ryan Michele did not let me down with this second book in the series! I LOVE MC books, and I could not put this book down. The fire and chemistry between Blaze and Tug is amazing, and Tug’s alpha-male attitude is sexy as hell!!

Blaze ran from home years ago, and ended up at “X”, the strip club owned by the Ravage MC. She lives her life not getting close to anyone, because she might have to leave at anytime. If her stepfather and stepbrother find her, she will have to run. She can never forget the things they did to her, and will make sure she is never found by them again!

Tug is an MC prospect. He saw Blaze a year ago, when he first started prospecting, and he has thought about her since that day. Even though, she won’t give him any of her time, he hasn’t given up. He plans to make her his one day, and the Ravage MC men always get what they want.

“Blaze and I have been playing this cat and mouse game for the past few months. Her taunting me from on stage, her beckoning eyes, everything calling to me, drawing me in. One time, she came out on the floor of X and talked to me briefly. Her hulk of a guard, Cali, stayed glued to her side the entire time. She was short and to the point with me, not giving me a fucking inch, and damn did it turn me on.”

Blaze is attracted to Tug, but she knows she can’t get close to anyone. There is no point in getting attached to someone, when you are going to have to leave them one day. She has me feeling horrible for her. Living a life alone, and trying not to get attached to anyone. Ryan Michele had me completely understanding Blaze’s situation, and living in her head.

“God, that man is gorgeous, like he should be modeling in some biker magazine for the world to see, gorgeous. His shoulder-length dark hair and smoldering chocolate eyes lure me in every time. Damn man. It’s getting harder and harder to escape the fog that seems to envelop me each time he’s around.”

Blaze finally gives in to the chemistry she feels for Tug, and they are HOT together!!! The sex scenes are so alpha-male!

“Honey, I’m not throwing you up against the wall and fucking your brains out until you beg for it.”

“Before you start thinking, this was something. It means something to me and you are not just another fuck. Get it through your head now.”

When Blaze is finally found, she wants to run, but Tug and the MC won’t let her. They make her stay, and promise to protect her. She learns that she does have a “family” in the MC.

“God dammit, Blaze. Tell me what the fuck has you running. And running from me? I won’t let you leave. I don’t give a shit if I have to lock you up at the club. I’ll do it. You are not fucking leaving……Tell me now!”

Things get angsty when her stepfather and stepbrother finally come for her.

I was so enthralled in this book, just like all the others in this series. I didn’t put the kindle down, I kept saying “just one more page…..just one more page….” I loved it! Blaze and Tug were amazing together, and this book is a definite must read!

There will be no spoilers in this review

Having really enjoyed the first two installments of the Ravage MC books I hate to have to have a complaint when I've come to the end of Consume Me.

Liv from book 1 suddenly became Liz in book 3. This completely threw me off to the point where I wondered if I could of been wrong, so I dredged back through book 1 to find Liz was in fact Liv. Sigh.

That a side, I did enjoy the story of Blaze and Tug. I was sucked in from the off to find out what Blaze's secret was and how it would all pan out but I felt a bit like the 'showdown' was built and built up over time and then bam was over in the blink of an eye.

I'm sadly giving this a 3. Because I did enjoy it as far as the series of books goes, it was good to hear from the other characters and meet new ones, but my niggles let it down a bit. Sorry.

After reading the first two books in this series I was really looking forward to reading this. The author didn't disappoint me as I loved every word of it.

I was really happy to read Tugs story. It's not often we get to read a story about a prospect. After Blazes mum dies she's alone and broken. She's strong enough though to make a fresh start. Although she's vowed to stay away from men Tug breaks down her walls. Can Tug protect her when her past comes back to haunt her?

I absolutely love this series. This author rocks:)

Tug is one considerate man when it comes to his woman's house, "don't wanna get your floor muddy." Damn consideate man." He's a demanding man, "tonight, I make you mine." He crashes his lips to mine." He sometimes doesn't his woman speak which can be funny at times. "I'll see ya tonight. Yeah?" he asks and I don't answer fast enough so he answers for me. "Yeah. I'll be here tonight." I loved Tug he was a man that went after what he wanted and he could have patience.

And finally we get Prospect Tug's story! This book overlaps with book two so we get to see what was going on with these two while GT and Casey's story was still being told. This book was hella hot! I think that Tug may just be my top favorite MC member now! This plot for this book picks up where book two left off and we see the drama unfold for Ravage MC while a love story is in the making for Blaze and prospect Tug!

This is Tug and Blade's story! Blaze is running from her past. New identity and low profile job as a stripper for the MC club, X is what she does. Finishing her degree is her next step along with finding a new job though she has saved quite a bunch as she is the most requested stripper at X. Blaze doesn't do hearts, flowers and romance but every time she is around Tug, he heart beats a little faster. Tug wants Blaze. He has always wanted her and he is tired of waiting around for her to come to him so he has decided to claim his lady. As he forces his way into her life, Blaze's past comes to her present to mess with her. Will he be able to break down her walls? Will he be able to keep her safe? What does the future hold for these two along with Tug and Blaze?

I. Heart. Tug. Really that sums it up for me! He is m favorite and I am totally claiming him. I loved he and Blaze together. Their chemistry was electric and totally sizzling at times. I also loved Blaze. Simply, she was a survivor. I felt for her and was rooting for her to find peace and stability in her life. She was always running and having to look over her shoulder but when Tug got involved, he made sure his girl was safe. While it was touch and go for these two for a while, the ending for them so, so amazingly sweet!

I cannot wait for the next book in the series with the slight preview! It is sure to be amazing, hot, sweet, and totally sexy with one bad ass alpha.

I highly recommend this book!

The Ravage MC by Ryan Michele is a definite must read for any reader who loves an MC Romance that isn't always pretty but is sexy as all get out, and CONSUME ME just continues on the tradition!

Tug...I don't know if it's cause his name rhymes with HUG, but I stinkin wanted to hug him so bad...he was adorable...sex on a stick...but adorable. I loved his dedication to Blaze, even though she wasn't his and really didn't want anything to do with him (her own personal reasons), he was still there, in her face, in her business, inserting himself into her space at any available moment...he proved himself loyal and kind...and I loved him.

Blaze...oh my poor Blaze...what a life she'd been forced to live for years until she finally escaped, but still living in fear...it was so sad. The more she let herself fall for Tug, and let him love her...I loved the change we see in her...goes to show sometimes all it takes is that one person to love you...can make everything better. She was living a lonely life until Tug showed up...like the sun rising on a rainy day...I loved it...left my heart feeling happy!

Yeah...of course we get the drama towards the end, which is a bit rushed, but I didn't care too much about that cause I was so in love with Tug and Blaze, that I enjoyed every word!

Excited to see what Ryan has up next!

A Solid 2.5*

I was majorly disappointed with this book especially as I LOVED the previous two books. Whilst it was a nice love story I didn't think there was anything memorable about it, I forgot the first half of the book before I even started the second half.

I really liked the character of Tug and I was looking forward to learning more about his past and the skeletons he had, but it didn't even go into detail about his time in war. Tug mentioned he didn't want to speak about it and it was never mentioned again.

I don't know what to say about Blaze other than she was a stripper at the beginning of the book and by the end she wasn't. That's all I can remember about her.

I hope you enjoyed my review, comments welcome x

Re-Read October 2016 - Still enjoyed the book as much as the first time around.
First read: February 2015
I really enjoyed reading Tug and Blaze's story. No insta-love/lust here. Tug has to work on it and he does it without being an ass. He's been obsessed with Blaze for a while. She is on the run and has erected thick walls to guard from forming any attachments to people, especially romantically. She tries to resist Tug's constant attention but finally gives in. Tug is definitely an alpha but he's a sweet alpha who knows how to be patient. No cheating and a HEA. I'm really looking forward to the next in this series. Can't wait for Rhy's story.

Well I don't know how she does it but this book was just as awesome as the first two but yet totally different. There was a lot of drama, a lot of hot bikers and less sex which usually would of course be a bad thing but in this story it wasn't. I can not wait to stop typing this so I can start the next one :)

It's so nice when you can count on the things you know you can count on. Like you know you can count on Elvis movies being on in August. And Pumpkin Spice Creamer in the fall. And Justin Timberlake to make you tap your toes and shake your booty. And Ryan Michele to give us awesome men and kick ass women. She is an Auto One Clicker.

Tug is a Prospect in the Ravage MC Club. He has been in the military and wants the security of being a part of a group. Of knowing he belongs. The MC fits that and gives him the ability to be an individual with in a group. He also loves the businesses that his club owns. Specifically X, the Strip Club. He spends a lot of time there.

Blaze is on dancer at X. Blaze is not her real name. Neither is Taryn, the name on her SS Card. She wants to forget who she was and what happened to her. Stripping gives her good money and the security of the lights, the stage, and the body guards.

Tug has his eye on Blaze and who wouldn't? She is beautiful. And stubborn. But not as stubborn as Tug.

I should call him a worm since he's worming his way into my life and damn if I don't give in.

Blaze and Tug are great together. But Blaze knows that it won't last. She will be found one day and then she will have to run.

For once in my life, everything feels right.

That is never a good sign. Being around all those burly, bossy men means there is going to be a lot of ass kicking. And cars exploding, threatening notes, rival clubs, drunk guys, brass knuckles, club mommas, granades, and tasers. Never good to have tasers around.

Ms Michele as another great book in the Ravage Series. We revisit the other brothers and get a glimpse into the next book. You know you can count on Ms Michele for alpha, tough talking men and the women who tame them.

This is the third book in this series of Prospect Tug and Blaze. I love the broody biker that is a teddy bear when it comes to the women he loves and protects. This book was full of action, sexual tension and great sex scenes. The storyline was great and the characters were also. I can't wait to get the next book. This was a great read.

Re-read Update: Nov. 10, 2016
Having read this as a standalone AND in series order, I must say that though the story is enjoyable either way, it truly is much better to read it along with the series. Each of the characters' stories hold their own but, as a whole, they are intermingled with the others. I was able to get the bigger picture and it made this that much more pleasurable to read and enjoy.

Original Read Date: Jan 31, 2015
This was a love story between Tug and Blaze. Though my connection to these characters wasn't as strong as I'd hoped, I did like them.

Tug was a pretty decent guy. His "bad boy" persona wasn't as realistic to me and occasionally felt "forced" into the story but I did see him as the guy that wanted to save and protect Blaze. That part of his character spoke to me more. Don't get me wrong, I do love me an asshole biker as much as the next girl but Tug just didn't pull that off for me.

Blaze was a strong heroine. Having dealt with a pretty bad past, she was determined to overcome that and be self sufficient. She didn't want to rely on anyone to "save" her and did quite a good job and making a life for herself. She was even able to hold Tug off for a while, but temptation can be avoided for only so long.

They were a good pair with good chemistry. With that said. The story was very well written and the storyline was good. I look forward to reading more about the Ravage MC bikers.

When I started CONSUME ME, I didn't think I was going to end up liking Blaze. But Ryan Michele has a way of writing these hard women and making me like them. CONSUME ME was no different.

Blaze has been on the run from the demons of her past. That running has led her to X, the Ravage MC's strip club. She enjoys the anonymity that comes with her stage persona while keeping herself closed off from everyone else. But it's a lonely life for Blaze. She fights making any kind of connection with any of her co-workers, her boss or any of the brothers that come in because she doesn't want to be heartbroken should she need to run again. I could understand that, give what she was running from, but it made it hard to connect with Blaze.

Tug was great. Like the other brothers, there was more to Tug that just being in the MC. He joined that brotherhood looking for a place where he belonged. Where no one judged him based on what he'd done in the past.

With all the women the MC has at their disposal, it was almost as if like souls called to each other with Tug and Blaze. She fought his pursuit and he chased. He proved to her that she could trust in him to be there for her always. To protect her and to love her. They were definitely hot together and just proved to Blaze she should have gotten out of her own way much sooner.

Another enjoyable entry into the Ravage MC series. Ryan Michele gives us these alpha males that are all about the brotherhood and their women, without the guys coming off as complete a-holes most of the time. This is an MC series that I truly enjoy.

Oh Dear, Tug… What a Freaking Hot Biker!! Tug is a prospect and trying to become a member of the Ravage MC because to him that is the only family he has had since getting out of the army. The moment Tug saw Blaze he knew she would be his; he just had to convince her of that, and convince her he would.

Blaze is running away, changing everything from her past, yet she's constantly looking over her shoulder. She knows she can't get too comfortable because, wherever she goes, she has to be ready to leave in an instant.

Tug knows there is something that Blaze is running from but he's bidng his time for her to come to him and tell him. Meanwhile he's going to continue to pursue her. He talks dirty to her and letting her know that "soon she will be his", no matter how much she fight it. Blaze tries to avoid him but to no avail, and her defenses are slowly coming down even though she fights it with all her might.

As I got to see their relationship and see them share their past with each other, it was beautiful because there were no more secrets between them. Little did Blaze know her past has been there in front of her, and will stop at nothing to get her back.

Let me say that the "battles" that go down kept me glued to my tablet needing to know if Tug and Blaze would make it. There were times Consume Me kind of confused me so I had to re-read it to understand it. However, Tug and Blaze's story was emotional, hot and beautiful all together. ~ Kara, 4 Hot Stars

This is yet another great book in the Ravage MC series. This is book 3 and even though each book is about a different couple, I highly recommend that you read them in order. There is a lot that happens with the MC itself and those stories do continue through the books.

Blaze is THE stripper at X. She is the best one. Just like Harlow and Casey, she has the rule "no brothers". But we know how well that rule lasts once these bikers get it in their head they want someone. There's no stopping them. Blaze does have secrets though and she's running and hiding. She has a new identity, thanks to Princess. Her story is heartbreaking and it's so horrible what happened to her. She's a tough chick though, that's for sure.

Blaze is an Army Vet. Like a lot of Vets, he had issues with adjusting back to civilian life. Lucky for him, he found Ravage. Now he is a Prospect for them. He is an all around great guy. He doesn't give up that's for sure. And that's a really good thing when it comes to Blaze.

Shit does hit the fan and Blaze's past finally catches up to her. But she's part of the Ravage family and they will do anything to protect their own. There will be fall back though. I'm waiting to see what that will be.

On to the next book. I am on a reading binge of these. I read the first one when it first came out, so did a reread yesterday and now getting ready to start book 4. You'll love this series. I mean, what isn't to love when you have kick-ass females and totally alpha males?

I seriously cannot get enough of this series. I read all three books back to back to back. MC books are normally not my thing but I absolutely love each one of these characters. In each book we get a short glimpse of not only the other couples from the books but also the couple for the next book and I could not wait to meet Tug. I fell in love with Tug from the very first page of his POV. Lord that man made the pages on my kindle melt. I knew Blaze was running from something in his past but I never could have guessed what it was. The attraction between Blaze and Tug was instant and started when she was stripping one night. I love how Tug keeps pushing Blaze slowly but not enough for her to keep running. Every single time these two were together I knew it was a matter of time before Tug would snatch Blaze up. Both Tug and Blaze both had pasts they are trying to forget and I think that’s why they connect so much. Some of the things Tug would say to Blaze made me blush just reading it. So be prepared for some hot sex between these two. I love this series so much. It not only introduces us to new characters but also brings the old characters back for us to see how their lives are going. I was honestly said when I realized there were no more books in this series for me to one click. I will patiently wait for another and I am very excited to see where this series is going.

Each book gets hotter and much more intense.
Tug and Blaze just fit so well together. Tug already has a tendency to protect those he cares for and Blaze just made it to the top of his list. Blaze works as a stripper with her true identity hidden from a past she's running from. But her past catches up with her just as more crap hits the fan with the ravage mc club.

Lots of suspense with intense scenes. A great series building off the previous books and characters who may be tough and scary at times, but only take care of what is their....no matter what it takes to do it. Naughty language and sex scenes which may bother some. If you have an open mind and love biker books, this one is sure to please.

So I have read the previous books in this series but this is my favorite by far. I really enjoyed the characters of Blaze and Tug. Blaze had the perfect combination of strong yet vulnerable and Tug being a great combination of alpha and that sweet side showing. Tug is loyal, caring and he has a few scars of his own so he can help Blaze even though she isn't aware of it at first. I look forward to more in this series.

my favourite of the series thus far, but i have really enjoyed all three. it was exciting to see a prospect as the male lead and look at the club entity from that pov. also the author has set up the next books well, the last line was an absolute stunner!!

I love tug he tugged at the heart strings and blaze she was hot hot with brains and was fierce. I love that princess always has the same answer to a crisis. "I beat the shit out of him/her" no biggie My issues, lame as it is. Umm hello helper in South Carolina. Maybe a little more than a business card. Maybe a little phone call or send a fruit basket. What a bitch. I would get princess to kick her ass on principal alone.
