This is a helpful intro to DEI but not deep enough to be fully actionable. It reads more like short blog posts than a book in my opinion.

This is such an amazingly refreshing neat guide, addressed to all stakeholders, to help us navigate through DEI complex issues.
I am impressed by the ability of Dr. Janice (Gassam) Asare to give us simple tools for such complex matters, that can be immediately implemented, to help create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
I particularly appreciate the takeaways at the conclusion of every chapter.
The timing of this refreshing practical guide could not have been more impeccable.
