My employer started a DEI book club and this is the first pick. It’s a quick and simple guide to help steer companies to better DEI trainings and discussions.

This is such an amazingly refreshing neat guide, addressed to all stakeholders, to help us navigate through DEI complex issues.
I am impressed by the ability of Dr. Janice (Gassam) Asare to give us simple tools for such complex matters, that can be immediately implemented, to help create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
I particularly appreciate the takeaways at the conclusion of every chapter.
The timing of this refreshing practical guide could not have been more impeccable.
