This book is really good. I bought the books, I got two, for my children who are half Maltese and who love Maltese food. The recipes are easy to read. Written in English and the instructions are nice and easy to follow.
Of all the books I looked at to get for my adult children (who both love to cook) I couln't find one that was better or easier to read and follow than this book. Full marks for quality. Full marks for quality of content. Full marks for accuracy of recipes.
