I received this ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. I don't read a ton of romantic suspense but it sounded too good to pass up. It opened full-throttle and never lets up. The cast of characters are fully fleshed out and real, with good and bad qualities. I will confess to being a bit lost in the beginning b/c I didn't read book one first, so I had to catch up, but it didn't take me long and all I have to say is WOW. This story is INTENSE! Everyone has agendas and secrets. I really cared about (and worried about) these characters, and Kirin and Sam's relationship is tested to the nth degree.
This is perfect escapism reading and will take you on a wild ride full of action and drama. You have a heroine to root for, family and friends to agonize over, and villains to truly hate. What's not to love?
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTHOR AND THIS SERIES. YOU MIGHT BE UP ALL NIGHT READING, BUT YOU WON'T REGRET THE LACK OF SLEEP IN THE MORNING.

I personally liked this one even more than the first one! I felt like everything moved very quickly in the first book and I had whiplash from everything happening so fast. This one had a completely different pace that I really enjoyed. I found myself more immersed in this story line than the last and WOW that CLIFFHANGER!! I’m ready for the next installment!!

Oh my gosh!! I cannot believe this book ended the way it did. I’m so excited to read the 3rd book when it comes out.

I received a copy of this book as ARC in exchange for my honest review. I have to say that I loved book one (Entangling) of the Kirin Lane series and couldn't wait for this one to come out. Kelley Griffin hooks you from page 1 and it's really hard to stop reading. This book picks up right where the first one left off, opens with a bang, and is full throttle until the end. I love the characters - all of them - that the author creates. You almost feel as though you know them personally. And, of course, she ends this one with another cliffhanger - just when you think you've figured everything out, Kelley Griffin throws one more twist in there to keep you anticipating the next story.
If you love to read and need your attention to be caught from page one, this series is for you! I read this book within 24 hours but I just couldn't put it down. I just had to see what was going to happen next. I highly recommend this book and any others of Kelley Griffin.

I received an ARC to provide an honest review. This is the author’s second book of the Kirin Lane series……wow, I just can’t say enough about the author’s ability to draw you into beautiful Kirin’s life & romance & the twists & turns it takes. She continues even in this second book to grab the reader’s attention & you never want to put the book down, it’s a page turner filled with suspense & romance. Sam & Kirin have a complicated relationship and you never know what direction that takes. Don’t peek because the ending is so unexpected. It’s a must read, and please make sure you read all the books by this author. She is definitely an author you won’t forget and you will just want to continue to read. She can’t write books fast enough for me !!!

Holy, Wow!!!
I was given an ARC for a honest review. 5 stars all the way!!! Kelley Griffin has become one of my favorite authors, the way her mind works is purely incredible. Unraveling is the second book in her Kirin Lane series and it will leave you unraveled and wanting for more. I cannot wait to see how Kirin and Sam's story ends.

I received an ARC in exchange of an honest review and I read it in two days! I couldn’t put it down! It’s the second in her Kirin Lane series, and it delivers! Suspense, mystery, romance, family, southern hospitality - it’s got it all! My favorite part of this series is that it’s locally based on my hometown!

I received an Advanced Reader Copy in exchange for an honest review. Kirin Lane is a wonderful character that I thoroughly enjoyed following in Entangling. She doesn’t disappoint in the second installment of the series. It’s a quick, action-packed read and perfect for a summer reading list!

I couldn't finish it!
After 10 percent of the book I was repulsed by Kirin! The author wanted us to believe she was tough and strong, but in reality she was reckless, stupid and dangerous!
I constantly wanted to throw my tablet across the room! I loathed Kirin! I was embarrassed for all woman because she was so ditzy! She was impulsive to the extreme! For example: she saw a man right before an explosion the destroyed the hospital cafeter! This blast put her in the hospital with extensive injuries and her best friend in a coma! When that man calls her hospital room phone, she answers the phone and when the man who said "boom" to her right before the blast tells her to look out the window to see her boyfriend kissing another woman! Kirin, then crawl out of bed severe injuries bot withstanding and struggles to force her severely injured body to the window, dragging the IV stand and crawling to get a look and when she sees what the evil man described, she believes what she was told knowing the caller was an evil killer and had ulterior motives!
That's just one example of her repeated stupidity and hasty assumptions! I get it's fantasy and fiction, some semblance of common sense or reality is presumed! Not in this novel!
To be honest I loved Entangled and gave it 5 stars!
While I wanted to see the mobsters get their just punishment, and sort of liked Sam, I could only take so much insanity!

Can I give more than 5 stars?
I read this book in less than 48 hours and I had to work during that time! I couldn't put it down. I thought book 1, Entangling, was great, but this was next level. If you want action, edge of your seat suspense, and romance without explicit gore and smut, this series is for you.
I first heard about this author when she was featured at a popular festival I was attending. I had read about her on the flyer and downloaded the Kindle version of Entangling to see what I thought. I had only read 2 chapters when I had the privilege of meeting her at the event. It's probably a good thing I had not gotten further into the book/series at that point or I probably would have driven her nuts with questions and pressure for a release date on book 3! But, back to my review...
Having already bonded with the main characters in the first book, Kelley dove straight into the action/ suspense in book 2 and it never slowed. She used great skill in taking the reader on an emotional rollercoaster. I was truly uncertain of who could be trusted and once I thought I finally knew, the rug was pulled out from under me with an unexpected ending. Awesome job Kelley Griffin!
The main question I am left is, when will book 3 be released?? I will have no peace until I get my hands on it!

The anticipation for this second installment of Kirin Lane’s story was well worth the wait!! Once again Kelley has created a gripping storyline that kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. In fact, I read this in one night because I just had to know what was going to happen! I was pleased to see the strong female protagonist of Kirin Lane continue to evolve. She is a smart woman with a fierce ability to love. I also enjoyed the changes in point of view. Kelley did a great job of having each character leave just enough bread crumbs for the reader to follow blindly. I cannot wait for the next book! There are so many questions still unanswered and like Kirin, I need to know the truth of the story!

This is my first time reading something by this author. The summary of the book definitely caught my attention and I was intrigued. This is a wonderfully written romantic suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat pretty much throughout the whole book - a definite page-turner for sure! There were many great plot twists throughout that I was anxiously turning the pages to see what would happen next. Great characters, well-developed, that really pull you in to the story. This was a really great read and I will definitely try something from this author again.

This book will have you guessing from start to finish and I am so disappointed that I can’t pick up the second one in the series right away. There are so many twists in this plot as Kirin struggles to figure out why her estranged father left her his book and for Sam, who tries to keep up his cover and protect her.

I love this author! The way Griffin keeps a story going without it getting stale is a huge plus! Kirin's story has so many twists and turns...it's truly entertaining. Who can she trust? Does she know what's really going on? How will this all end? There's never a dull moment, and I have yet to be right on where I think the story is going. Read this book...I highly recommend it!

What!!?! I literally read this within 24 hrs- I could not put it down!! Wow wow wow. But WHERE is the next book?? I need answers! Haha. This book really kept the story rolling full steam ahead. The twists and turns and family ties were great. Thank you Kelley!

It’s like riding a roller coaster 🎢 The ups and downs killed me. I just want them to be happy but something always gets in the way 😩 And the cliffhanger ending…no you didn’t! At least I don’t have to wait on the third book because I already have it 🤩

I wasn’t sure at first how Kirin’s story would continue into a second book. About half way through the book though I couldn’t put it down. I love the way it was written I could picture exactly what was happening like it was a movie.

Seeing as how i didn't read the first book, i was a bit confused by what was happening. I couldn't get into this book so i stopped. I'm sure someone else will find it great but i just didn't.

Book 2 of this series was just as exciting as the 1st. Could not read fast enough. This author takes you on a journey of murder, mystery & just enough romance to give the heart an extra beat or two 😍 Can’t wait to start the final book in the series !!
