Reads faster, with as much thrills, flair, and frankness, than a Jerry Lee piano solo. Linda Gail can pound the 88s, force you to blush (such as when she recalls her marriage to a sailor, after the amazing sex following which "he returned to the sea"), crack you up, and enlighten the hell out of you. Musically, she's been a fave for years, but this bold book's one of the best rock memoirs I've ever read. Chock full of stories that you'll never forget.
