This is a re-release of (Thankful for my Blessing) Thanksgiving night, the sounds of his mothers screams made him jump from his bed. Fear of something being wrong made him run to her only to catch a bullet and left in a pool of his own blood. After missing reports and man hunts, his mother had disappeared with out a trace.13 years later, Blessing has dealt with the heartache of losing his mother. During the holidays, he clutched a bottle of fine cognac and cried himself into a rage. His mind constantly wandered into this dark place that only made him unleash the demon inside of him. Just watching the many souls burn inside of his torch was fascinating to his broken heart. However, one day it all changed. The first sight of her angelic face and warming eyes made him fall for someone he could never imagine; Cherish. Going through her own hell, Cherish was basically abandoned by the world. Her only concern was escaping her abusive baby daddy and it landed her into the arms of Blessing. In so little time she became the peace he needed and he became her savior. "Can you be my Peace Cherish?" his heart cried out for her but it was easier said then done. She was gonna do everything in her power to give him the closure he deserved and mend his shattered heart. A Phenomenally and Action Pack read!!
A Savage Love So Deadly was a phenomenally action pack read! It’s must read! I mean from beginning to ending this romantic urban thriller kept me on my toes and it had a mixture of mystery!!

I Enjoyed This Book
I understood why Blessing had so many problems after experiencing such a traumatic situation. It’s crazy how the person was in their face the whole time smh. Glad they got Kimora back and I know they all love Cherish so much she was the true blessing. I hate her and her momma ain’t get to reconcile. Baby Blessing wasn’t playing with nobody about Cherish but I hated he acted as if he couldn’t shake the darkness when it came to her but did for Miracle. What was the talks Kimora had with the family? Why Poodie changed up her attitude? How her and Shani got so cool? What did Mike think about the kidnapper situation? Wish the epilogue was more

Good read!
Cherish had a rough life by growing up too soon, and falling in lust with someone who abused her not only physically, but emotionally.. Living in a homeless shelter was possibly the best thing that could have happened to Cherish. She met Blessing, and her life changed in a major way, He not only begun to care about her, but also for her beautiful daughter Miracle. He had some crazy ways, ( and I do mean crazy literally) but the love they had for one another withstood the test of their faith in each other.. kudos

This book was everything....
It was so good I couldn't put it down.. Blessing and Cherish love was a love we only dream about... Unconditional! I was so glad when they found his Mom and put his creepy uncle to rest.. Let me say this... MEKA WORKED MY LAST NERVE. I was so happy when he gave her those walking papers... I LOVE SHAUNI. She and Blessing have a genuine love for each other... This book was so good and I would love to see these characters again.. Great job Barbie

Savage but awesome...
This book was so good I loved it from page to page. Cherish went through so much but always remained Positive or her situation with her and her daughter. Blessing is my new book boyfriend he had all the elements rich sexy powerful ratchet all of it. I always had a strange feeling about his Uncle when he described him he just seemed like a creep. I'm just glad of the ending must read.

Excellent read!
Get your tissue box ready. This storyline will produce both tears of joy, and tears of sadness. Character development well written. Happy to see Blessing make it out of his dark place, as well as Cherish get everything she deserved. I enjoyed and recommend this five star read. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

Barbie Scott a.k.a Barbie Amor in my opinion is one of the greatest authoress that have the most fire reads. Her craft in writing is like none other I've seen so far. This book was heartfelt, realistic, and just an all around great read. Not gonna give away anything, just check it out if you haven't. I believe you'll enjoy it.

I really enjoyed this book. It was not as predictable as I thought it would be and I found myself enjoying the various characters. Some of it was farfetched, but that is the case with most urban street lit anyway. I liked the plot twists here and there and I enjoyed the author's perspectives. Good read.

Hot damn this book had me crying, laughing and angry. This is definitely one of my new favs. From beginning to end I was hooked and didn’t want to put it down. So glad cherish found blessings mom. Reading this book makes me wanna go hug my mom. God makes no mistakes. I wish there was more but I’m completely satisfied. Can’t wait to read more of your books

I loved this book it was everything from the beginning to the end. I was so happy that Cherish met Blessing though I really was. I loved them as a couple. I had a feeling that once she saw that lady and she told her what was going to happen in her life and she gave her those numbers I knew that she was going to find Blessings mother. I’m invested
I’m so affected by the topics discussed in this book. This has my visionary mind going a mile a minute. Blessing was just everything I desired in a male lead. He had so many layers that I wanted to peel one by one. I wanted to wrap him in love until he understood that he deserved light. Cherish was perfect to lead this cast beside him.

Thank God for genuine loving big hearted people. Regardless of her circumstances she never gave up and kept her head up. She found love wit the one that thought he couldn't forgive the world. Her nosy self found the piece to his missing puzzle and helped him find peace. Amen!!!

Ohhhhh wow I truly loved this book. I was scared of Blessing, like he was real life. I love me some Cherish and her baby girl. Most of all the loved the loyalty that Shani had with Blessing. I'm a believer in spirits and I believe that is what guided Cherish and Blessing into each other's life. Barbie thank you for sharing your amazing talent with us. #1fan

Good book
This was a good book. I just didn’t like how they were talking around the baby. Who talks like that around children? So that rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, it was very enjoyable with a nice plot.

Good read
It been awhile since I read a book that wasn't a series . But this book here was a great read. Blessing was very hot headed but also was hurt and wanted everyone who hurt the one he love to hurt. I love the ending. Keep up the Good work.

OMG!!
This book is extremely good!! I have never read from this author before but I must say I’m glad I did! The characters were so real and I felt myself present at times! This book is based on unconditional love, loyalty, faith, betrayal etc.....I love a quick and easy read!

A true page turner!!
When I read the synopsis, I was a little hesitant to read the book but intrigued by the concept. It was definitely a book worth reading! A true testament to love, perseverance, and that there's always a light at the end of the tunnel.

Great Read
This was the 1st book I've read by Barbie and let me tell you she did not disappoint. The bond between Cherish and Blessing was untouchable. Blessing was the right mix of toxic and sane. I loved every character. This was a 5 star read that I could not put down.
