"Patriot" is the second novel in Season 1 of the Black Reapers MC and is intended for mature audiences only. The romance can be read as a standalone, but it is highly recommended you read “Lane” first to understand the MC!

he supported his country and lost”brother” to treason and a traitor that they all looked up to. He cannot do that again with this family of brothers.
She has seen what the senseless fighting between the Black Reapers and the Fallen Saints can do,she was the nurse who helped with Shannon the year before. She also knows about the abusive side of the Fallen Saints because she lost her sister one, when he killed her. She can not stand to see anymore innocent people being hurt.
Together, they start off on the wrong foot, but soon start to understand each other better. They share a friendship and a soon evolving love that helps heal them and brings them even closer together. It also brings them peace, something they both need.

So this one was a better read than first one but I don't understand the insta love parts.
I didn't feel the chemistry between Patriot and Kaitlyn. And honestly I disliked Kaitlyn throughout the whole book. She came off as rude, stereotype way too much, very judgemental.

Patriot was an interesting character that was undoubtedly intriguing from book 1.
My biggest issue is still delivery. There were several spelling errors in this book that I didn't notice in book 1.
The character development approach was better than book 1 but still fell rather short in hitting that peak of perfection.
Kaitlyn was absolutely nerve-wracking in how judgemental she sounded with not just mc members but even her own co-workers/friends. Instead of approaching Devon or another co worker with ****spoiler***
Concerns about working with the mc and having actual dialogue she just immediately went full-bore into demanding everybody agree with her opinion that professionals do not mix with "gansters."

It seemed patriots character was given a bit more sustainable development and even broached his war-time and subsequent ptsd that is all to often ignored in our vets today.
However the story has caught my curiosity on who the rat could be (if there is one), and how the mc will eventually turn out. So on to axles book.

Love and loyalty are hard to earn but easy to lose
Patriot is a very smart and sexy biker. He is a military veteran that has his own demons to overcome. He is "face" of the Black Reapers. He is the voice of reason for Lane. He was sent to repair the damaged caused by Axle with Kaitlyn. He was to use his sexy smile and art of persuasion to get her on their side. Patriot is having to deal with his feelings for Kaitlyn, his past and the issues with club at the same time. When he is overwhelmed, he surprised by the source that helps give him clarity. This story has it all from anguish to heartfelt love. Patriot is just one of the many faces of the Black Reapers.

I definitely enjoyed this one more than the first. There’s a little more action in it, but there was also some things that moved too fast without enough detail, in my opinion.
I definitely now see a different side to both Patriot and Axle. I’m excited to see how the next book plays out. Lane just did not make sense to me in this book.

A Patriot a person who supports their country and is prepared to defend it against enemies. Patriot was in the military and defended our country and when he joined the Black Reapers he did what he did best and he helps to defend them against the Fallen Saints. This book is amazing. Patriot is strong, tough, loving, and his next op is Kaitlyn. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book and gave my honest opinion.

However, they were a perfect match for each other , he was the Storm she was the calm. Lane and all the MC Black Reaper are becoming a united Club . This story just takes you in captivates you .. I recommend this book ...

Ok, so... if you liked Lane you're going to love Patriot. I mean, come on, who doesn't love an ex-military man turned biker! This book gave me all the feels and it keeps you guessing with every page. I can't wait for Axle's story.

This story was little more sentimental than I was expecting but I liked it. Kaitlyn was a little annoying sometimes, I didn't like her very much. Patriot was going through a lot and he found the support he needed in her. Their love happened a little too fast but wtv

Wow! Kaitlyn and Michael were so good! I couldn’t get enough of them! I needed to know what was going to happen. They definitely had me guessing throughout the whole book! I’m so glad they had each other! These two definitely had an amazing connection!

This book was so boring. I couldn't stay interested. Too much flashbacks for no reason and at the wrong time. It's not insta-love. Who is rating these books?

A thrilling, intense and exciting ride to go on with Patriot and Kaitlyn. I enjoyed going on this adventure with them.
