Set includes Project Dandelion Series: Books 1, 2, 3
Project Dandelion (book 1):
Katrina knew this day would come. She had been preparing for it all her life. The end of the world was here, and it looked nothing like she had imagined.
Now she was trapped in an underground fallout shelter with a group of teenagers who had been selected as the last hope for humanity. The idea of surviving the nuclear apocalypse alone blurs as she makes friends, and finds love, while buried beneath the earth.
Project Dandelion: Reentry (book 2):
"Get to the cabin."
The words of Katrina’s father echo in her mind. One sentence, her sole purpose. Her dad taught her to be prepared and they always had a bug out plan. If the world goes down the drain, get to the cabin...
Katrina should have been alone but she couldn’t leave her friends behind. The five teenagers escape from the fallout shelter and journey through the desert to get to the safe house in the mountains. Except they can’t run from Project Dandelion because they are Project Dandelion. The government’s attempt to save humanity after a global nuclear war.
As the teens struggle to survive this post-apocalyptic world, Katrina learns things aren’t always what they seem and people can’t always be trusted.
Project Dandelion: Resistance (book 3):
As World War 3 rains down around them, the Resistance fights to maintain their stronghold. Meanwhile, Katrina faces her own battle as she searches for her place in this post-apocalyptic world.
When she learns a secret that could cause the Resistance to fail, duty forces Katrina to take action. Will this decision require her to leave the life she worked for, and the ones she loves, behind?
Unique twist on a dystopian tale. Would your teen be able to survive after their world ends?
Project Dandelion book 1 I found this dystopian fiction so easy to fall into. The concept was a different one than any I've read. Great characters with realistic world building.
Reentry book 2 Does making connections with others make you responsible for them? To them?
Katrina was raised to take care of herself. She spent her life training in survival. She had only her father for family and no friends. When you spend most of your time in mountain solitude it's hard to meet anyone to befriend. But being thrown together with others near her age in an underground shelter changed all that. Now she has a chosen family to take care of.
The question is, can they escape the facility for a second time?
Resistance book 3 The exciting conclusion to a great YA dystopian trilogy!
Can the remains of the military and a group of teens reclaim the country?
