Reading for work. Heavy on what and whys, wish it can be more practical on the hows. Good introduction nonetheless. However it does feel like reading a textbook from university instead of a guide from professional association.

Outline can be restructured better. Many parts are overlapping. Surveillance and interference part stuck out between how tos (privacy interface, governance, and cybersecurity).
