Things are looking good for Saeroyi. He has the backing to become a director in Jangga Group, just like he planned all those years ago. Geunsoo reunites with Saeroyi and his close group of friends, but not for long. Geunwon is getting out of prison and he is out for blood. Things aren't all that rosy in other departments either. This volume focuses on the difficulties of being transgender in a society that has yet to fully accept such a life style. It's important to have support in this instance and Saeroyi does not disappoint.

During a gathering of friends, a game of Truth or Dare reveals some feelings some people didn't want to reveal yet. Yiseo can't hide her broken heart when Saeroyi claims he never had feelings for her. Sooah helps him realise how wrong he is.

The vote for Saeroyi doesn't go his way. Geunsoo worked in the background to convince shareholders to vote against Saeroyi. In Daehee's eyes, Geunsoo is suddenly a good choice for heir of the company. He is as ruthless as his father was in his youth. He sabotages IC Corp's standing in a popular vote for a cooking competition, while his father makes a shady deal with the company that rents its buildings to IC Corp.

Saeroyi figures out that Geunsoo released an article revealing that Hyunyi is transgender. This effectively removes Geunsoo from Saeroyi's group of friends. The aim was to convince the public and judges to vote against Hyunyi in the cooking competition. Saeroyi and Yiseo's support for Hyunyi is enough for the latter to win the contest in the end.
