I would say this is a good introduction to painting digitally with photoshop. I especially liked that they invited prominent artists from the art scene to explain their approach, as well as showing you how to use photoshop to customize your art process (like creating custom brushes). They also offer digital packs to download from their website, which is a big help to kickstart your art if you're just starting out.
