Hot on the heels of Gabe Austin, C.J.Fallowfield gives us Logan Steele, the quintessential British escort. A little bit of James Bond (in his own words) and studiously professional in giving the ladies what they desire. At a cost, contracturally and unemotionally. He will rock your world and leave you begging for more, make you wish you were the only lady in his sights. "Women want to be with him, men want to be him" He oozes a confidence that quite often comes across as arrogant, drips charm and charisma and takes absolutely no nonsense. You just know you're in for one steamy ride right from the start!
His client for the night is spoilt brat Camilla Domville who thinks she knows how to lure Logan into her life and keep him there. A socialite game player who uses everyone to turn her advantage, having no scruples in doing so believes she is a match for Logan. However, he isn't just a pretty face and keeps his wits about him, playing her at her own game. He wins hands down and in doing so puts the silly socialite in her place.
Along the way the romp through the hotel and into the suite is quite literally breathtaking, the sex scenes are raw and scorching hot. Put two highly sexual people together for the night and you get some very explosive images! But this night Logan suddenly finds himself blurring his professional and personal lines for the first time in four years, thinking about his next client who seems to have caught his attention. It is a great way to introduce, as she will be the subject of the next book, Virgin for the Night.
In this first book you get Logan the professional with little glimpses of who he really is thrown in along the way. It's not much and you can't really decide who he is from these little nuggets but it's enough to whet your apetite. I think the emotional connection to characters will slowly reveal as you go through the series, I am certainly looking forward to Logan unravelling in eight rivetting reads. I would like to see past clients re-appear too, I don't know if it's in the cards but it might be fun. Saying that there was more than enough of a story here to keep me gripped.
A quick easy read, more for the fact that it captures you right from the first page and doesn't let go until the last word. It felt long enough and there was enough there to compell you to want to read further into the next book. It's beautiful, I loved this book but then again there's a magic to C.J. and the way she weaves her words. She had me a firm fan when I read "New Leaves, No Strings" quite some time ago, I was quite anxious for this release hoping desperately that it would live up to all that the Austin Series is. And you know what...nailed it!! Absolutely 5 stars from me :)

Holy hotness! If you want a quick, erotic, HOT read, then this one is for you.
Logan Steele is a gigolo. He has a huge set of rules and costs a ridiculous amount of money for one night of pleasure. And as long as it doesn’t violate his rules, he will do anything your heart desires.
In this episode we see his interactions with a client, Camilla. The scenes alternate between Logan’s POV and his client’s POV. Camilla is a spoiled, Daddy’s girl, who thinks she can blackmail anything with a dick, and was successful until Logan. One thing that is certain; Logan knows how to treat a woman right.

3.5 Stars!
After reading the synopsis for Strangers for the Night, I was intrigued! I think the premise for this entire series is fun, sexy, and I had high hopes that it would be very entertaining. And it was. Logan Steele is a high class gigolo, as stated in the blurb. He's extremely good at what he does, and has the reputation to back it up. But his services don't come cheap. For Camilla Domville, money is of no consequence, and she just has to have a taste of Logan. But she doesn't want to settle for just one night. She has some tricks up her sleeve, but, unfortunately for her, Logan isn't easily fooled.
Very early on in this book, it was obvious that Logan was cocky and arrogant, but a character that I was really looking forward to knowing, despite this. I was a bit surprised to see the author introduce the main character of the next book, Summer, so early on, before we had even had a chance to meet Camilla. I have to say, though, it almost made me wish I was reading her story instead of Camilla's! Camilla is a girl who depends on her wealthy Daddy for everything, even when he doesn't know it. She hired Logan because she had heard amazing things about his "skill" and was bored with her sex life. Camilla was a character that I wasn't very fond of, something that shows how well she was written. She was spoiled, manipulative, and really just a whiny brat. This all came across very clearly while reading. I was happy to see her get a taste of her own medicine in the end.
As for Logan, there were aspects of his personality that bothered me a bit. While being intimate with Camilla, his mind was always somewhere else. Sometimes with a past girlfriend, sometimes with his next client, and sometimes on other inconsequential things. Despite him feeding Camilla all the right lines, I found his interaction with her to be impersonal. Although he did do well, considering how awful Camilla was, something that was no secret to him. Seeing how unsatisfied he was with his "work" made me a bit sad for him, and I was dying to know the history there. He definitely held back with his clients and I needed to know why. I think these things, however, are part of what makes him a complex character. I have no doubt that we'll slowly but surely be able to see Logan's development in future books. I'm excited to find out more about Logan's past (and his day job), as well as his hangups, as the series progresses.
Strangers for the Night was a highly enjoyable, quick read. It was very fast paced, to the point, and very sexy. I think you'll find it to be a fun way to pass a few hours. The sex was in abundance, being an erotic novella, and I honestly could have done without quite so much. But that's just me-- If you love a lot of steam, you should absolutely check it out. By the time I finished reading, I was really excited to pick up book two. I'm just as intrigued by Summer as Logan is! I will definitely continue with this series.

I have to say that yes the steam was there and yes the story was there, but the best part was glimpsing into Logan’s psyche. I’m dying to find out more about him. We are given his background story and why he’s made the choices he’s had. He is confident and takes strides into taking care of his clients while protecting himself. This was a fun read as his client tried to get her way and Logan made sure she only got what she paid for. When he realized all of her schemes he quickly turned everything against her. Upon his departure he taught her a valuable lesson in kindness and humility. Bravo Ms. Fallowfield all the promises about this read are met and then some. This was a great and entertaining short read, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for Logan and how he handles his feelings towards his next booking.

If you haven't read anything by C.J. Fallowfield, get ready to become addicted. This is a quick read compared to the books in The Austin Series but is definitley a must read and I devoured it! Swoon-worthy, devilishly handsome, high-class gigolo, Logan Steele is one irresistible character and it should come as no surprise that he knows what he's doing when it comes to his job. Even though it is a short novella, C.J. Fallowfield writes characters that drive the story and a plot that involves more than just steamy sex--although that is way hot! She sets up her characters in such a way that propels the story forward and causes them to evolve and become more complex. I can't wait for the next one--I'm excited to learn more...

Strangers For a Night was an ARC that caught my eye. I’ve been overwhelmed with ARCs and didn’t really mean to take it, but the premise sounded interesting and it was only 63 pages. Surely I could squeeze in 63 pages?
After I finished it, my immediate reaction was that the writing was good, the premise was interesting but I just didn’t like it. But now that I’ve actually had some time to think it over, I’ve decided I wasn’t SUPPOSED to like it. There is no heroine in this story. Not because I couldn’t find her likable but because she’s actually just awful. The hero in the story is a Gigolo and he’s actually likeable. Sort of. Really, the book is weird. But intriguing.
Overall Rating: 4 stars- Kept telling myself “just one more chapter.”
If I would have rated this immediately after reading it, I think I’d have gone 3.5. But I still can’t stop thinking about it so I’m boosting it to a 4. This is really the first installment in what is really a serial. Yes, the stories are stand-alone tales, but really, to get to the true plot, you’re going to need to read all of them.
Now, I don’t usually like serials for just this reason. I like a book, even if it has a cliffhanger, to have a full plot arc. Serials mostly don’t. Strangers for a Night actually does. I’d like to tell you what that is because it’s actually kind of cool, but ya know, no spoilers. Just trust me that there is a plot and a twist and it’s good.
The writing is excellent. The sex is….well, it’s good. But it’s also kind of not good. See, Logan is a Gigalo and Camilla is his client. Camilla is… how you say? A bitch. So it was hard to find the sex hot because, well, I hated her.
However, I’m intrigued enough that I want to read the rest. I will likely wait for the completion of the series, though. Because I’m not patient. Now, if you are, and you dig serial format books, I think this is a good choice. It really was intriguing, well-written and hot. And the end was pretty satisfying.

I had high hopes at the start of this book, and C J Fallowfield did NOT disappoint.
Logan is a devilishly handsome gigolo, and his reputation is off the charts. He gets his recommendations via word of mouth, and this can be taken in the literally. He's cocky and a chauvinistic pig, but he’s a character that draws you in. You want to know how he got in this line of work and find out about his deep dark past, as it’s obvious he has one. While reading the book I sometimes became a little irritated at how Logan was with women. He'd be saying all the right things but there was something about him that seemed to be holding back, although this does intrigue me more to know why he is like he is. His head is always on something else. Another time, another ‘date’ he may have later that night and sometimes what hes going to be doing the next day in his ‘normal’ job of a fitness trainer. Im excited to see Logan develop throuout this series and I know hes going to be a strong contender for the ‘perfect’ book boyfriend. I can already see his good qualities glimpsing through his tough persona, even in this short novella.
Now onto Camilla, the stuck up brat who only cares about herself and her daddy’s riches. This stuck up princess seems like a perfect match for Logan and his philandering ways, but there’s something about her that annoys me, and eventually, she is gets what’s coming to her all along and I couldn’t be happier.
The writing is outstanding and the characters are so individual that they become like real people living miles away and im just fortunate to read about their lives. Even Camilla, whose character I despised, showed how brilliantly written her character was, and after reading more reviews, this is apparent throughout. I can’t wait to pick up the next book and read about Summer and Logan, this one is going to be epic I can feel it. We will hopefully find out more about Logans elusive past too. To say this book is HOT is an understatement! It’s hot, sexy, calculating and delicious! So for strictly over 18's
Logan is a sexy, hot man! He is a personal trainer by day and exclusive gigolo by night. He has his standards and he sticks to them. He demands the best because he is the best...and I think I fell in love with him a little during this book.
Camilla Domville a spoilt, rich bitch and a conniving tramp...to be blunt, she makes my skin crawl. She has no problem lying to her father and blackmailing the staff of her families’ hotel.
She pays for a super-hot night with Logan, but she is also planning to control Logan for a lot longer, by using the same tactics that she used to take control of everything else she has in her life…but things don’t go quite as planned.
So on to the characters; Logan he can be jerk and comes across as very narcissistic, but when he is on the plane for a brief second, you see that softer side of him. By the end of the book you find yourself cheering him on, quite loudly in my case.
Strangers for the Night is well written, smooth and quite frankly delicious! Even though I am not a huge fan of series books, this book is one of the very few exceptions to that.
Stranger for the night, is the beginning to a mind blowing and unique series and I for one will be waiting with bated breath for every installment.
So with all that being said, I give Stranger for the Night 10 out of 10!

If you're looking for a hot and sexy read that is short on depth and length but quick and easy to read then this series is definitely for you. Logan is a dream character but I'm finding I need more from my stories these days and on the face of it, this series is simply a compilation of his sexual encounters, although we receive hints about his private life and hopes and dreams when he considers his next appointment with fresh faced Summer.
This first book is about his appointment with a young cheerleader who's rich financially but poor in love and despite trying to capture and control Logan she finds that she may have met her match.
I'll read the next story in order to get more of an idea about where this series is heading but it may be something I return to at a later date when I'm in need of a quick, easy and uncomplicated read inbetween other books.
This story was well written though with no obvious errors and I was thrilled it was written by an author from good old Wales!!!!

First I want to say that this book sucked me in on page 1. What can I say....Logan Steele is just hot, sexy, smart, charismatic and swoon worthy.
If I could find myself a Logan Steele, I would be just like Camilla, I would try my hardest to try and get him to stay with me. He also gets paid thousands of money, not just hundreds. Women want him, women talk and recommend him and he's booked for months. He's well hung and he knows how to please a woman. I mean, what more can you ask for right!! I mean the sex scenes were so intense that they had my underwear sizzling, seriously!!
I am currently reading C.J.'s Austin series and I have to say that I totally love that series and I knew that "Strangers for the Night" was also going to be a favorite of mine. C.J. does not disappoint and I am just so excited for the next installment of this series. I will read anything, and I mean anything by this author because her books really captivate me and are also interesting. It's not all about sex, there's actually a storyline in her books.
You will not regret reading this book, trust me. There is a little bit of everything in here and it will captivate your attention from page 1 of the book.

Having recently finished up C.J. Fallowfield's The Austin Series, I knew going into this book the sexy times were going to be hot. And let me tell you: this book does not disappoint!
I liked the premise of the story, I haven't read many stories where it's the stud fulfilling the fantasies. And from the description, Logan is every bit of a stud, times two, wrapped in silk, dipped in platinum and laid out on a tray surrounded by truffles (both the chocolates and the mushrooms) with a bottle of Krug Private Cuvée on ice.
His assignment for this book is Camilla Domville, a spoiled socialite who apparently makes life hell for the employees of her father's hotel chain. Frankly I just wanted to punch her in the throat. But then I remembered this is fiction and I ain't about to destroy my kindle lol.
Obviously being the business as he is, Logan has a very definite set of rules that he abides by, which is one of the reasons he's been so successful. However, there is one rule that seems to be in danger of being broken, and I can't wait to see how that plays out in the rest of the series.

First of all, we applaud C.J. for writing a very enticing mini-series. Strangers for the Night started off with an unforgettable chapter and introducing us to the protagonist Logan Steele. One word, Sexy!

Immediately we were drawn to the story it was very compelling! The way C.J. Fallowfield introduces her characters, they are always unforgettable. She’s a very great story-teller & developer. It amazes us how much we have withdrawals of her characters after we finish her books. We are extremely thrilled to know that C.J. has plans to release a book each month in this 8 book mini-novella. Although short, but it’ll be worth it! 5 stars to MS. C.J.!!!

These words sucked me and I was hooked! This novella is a tongue in cheek, fun read that is perfect to escape the hundrum for a wee while! Set in a lavish no expense spared jet set life style Logan charges what he wants to be a Stranger for the Night to order. He inevitably is blessed with a snake like appendage, stunning chiseled features of a Greek God and brains too! He is the complete seduction package and spoilt daddy's girl Camilla wants him as her own.
This fantastic romp around a hotel room is seriously hot and steamy. It is well written and has clever twists that made me smile triumphantly as I reached the end page. It is part of a series but felt it had closure and was a complete stand alone in terms of Camilla as his client.
I recommend this as a fantastic read for anyone wanting a light hearted sexy read. Have I mentioned Logan is hot yet? I look forward to the next book in the series and hope I bump into my very own Logan one day! Yes Logan is hot, hot, hot ;)

Wow, this is a great read! Logan is an interesting guy. He sexy and is great at pleasing woman. He uses that to his advantage to make money. He's a high class gigolo. He is very thorough in investigating his clients. I really liked Logan's character. At first I was notsure whether I liked him or thought he was disgusting because of his job. In the end I fell on the side of liking him.

He is sexy as hell, well hung, and will do any little thing you heart desires as long as you follow the rules.
Camilla is a spoiled little daddy's girl who is use to getting anything she wants. Once she sees Logan she knows she has to blackmail him so he will never leave.
This is the first book I read by CJ Fallowfield and I must say I was not disappointed! Once I started reading I was addicted and I cant wait to see what else is in store for this series!!!

Wow. Hooked from the start. I started this just before I went to work, I got so attached to Logan that I even took my kindle to work even though I know I can't read while at work! This was a great and fun beginning to the series.
Logan is cocky and a true alpha male who is proud of what he excels at and makes a tidy profit doing it. I love that he is so business savvy and does not like being played at all. I thought it was so funny that on the flight to New York he was already getting ready for his next client so we as readers know what is happening in the next book.
Camilla was quite the character and such a devious little brat. I was shocked at how well she knew how to go about getting what she wanted and loved how the game was turned around on her unexpectedly.
The sex scenes between the two were hot but I thought it was so funny how she planned out every place that she wanted to have sex first - due to that certain reason.
The ending was awesome and I can't wait for the next one!
