Quick and Dirty Therapy- The Best Kind

What do you do when the nightmares of a tormented childhood follow you around in the daylight as an adult? You pick up Lonnee Rey's book. Like a little ray of sunshine. The kind of sunshine that's ridden out life's toughest rodeo bulls, lived to tell the tale, and won't judge you one bit for the darkness you've had to learn to light up by your little lonesome, too.

This book is an honest, gentle, quick and dirty manual for navigating your way out of PTSD paradigms created before you were old enough to know what therapy was, let alone that you needed it.

When the stuffy world of mental health wants to dance around your ugly feelings like hot lava, Lonnee Rey is here to shine a light on that ugliness and say "I see you, baby. And it's gonna be ok."

If Lonnee can live her thru her childhood hellscape and come out a gem of a human being, then honey, we can, too. And this fellow silent crier would like to say thank you so very kindly, Lonnee. May your truth continue to set others free. 🙏
