Sometimes people with certain knowledge have to make desperate decisions. What I destroyed in that building might end up saving this sorry planet.
This dumbass shrink has been trying to dissect my brain all week. He thinks the months I spent lost in the wilderness somehow turned me into a Loony Tune. Boy, is he barking up the wrong tree. No matter how many drugs they pump into my veins, they'll never make me forget what really happened.

This has to be a self-published piece, because no one in their right mind would publish such unintelligible trash. The writing is full of itself and overdone with no real meat behind its pomp. It’s clear by the lack of imagination and attempts at satire and cleverness, that this author has a skewed view of the world, which doesn’t even count as entertaining or interesting... just scary and sad.

There’s a reason this book isn’t for purchase on Amazon, just on the author’s website. A friend handed it to me in jest, claiming to have picked it up from one of those roadside library cupboards. I will never get that time back.

After reading most and tossing in the bin (as I’d never submit anyone else to this drivel), I looked up this writer and realized he hardly a decent human, as he supports everything that is going wrong with this country and then profits from it. Disgusting.

Plot drives this story and just when you think you’ve got it figured out? Yeah.

Ignore the one star reviews, they’re from people that haven’t actually bought and read the book.

The author's name is the perfect review for this "book". One star is an extemely generous rating, but there exists nothing lower such as a Minus Star or a 💩. This would be my actual rating for Rabbitskin....💩💩💩. Or a minus 3 stars.

It seems like every idiot thinks they need to publish a book these days just because they can. However, we certainly didn’t need one from a 60 year old Twitter troll who calls himself “catturd”.

Could NOT put this book down! It is as interesting as it is surprising. I minored in English in undergrad so I have read the best authors. Rabbitskin catches you immediately and does not stop. You will LOVE this book!!!

The author of this imaginative, complex sci-fi novel is an insanely funny conservative on Twitter (follow @catturd2). He makes liberals' heads explode over meaningless terms like #FartingCrickets, which his followers can make trend higher than #BidenHarris2020. 🦗💨 🦗💨 🦗💨 🦗💨

Catturd's book, "Rabbitskin," exemplifies the phrase, "It's so bad, it's good!" Quite simply, once you've read it, you won't be able to get it out of your head. I didn't understand most of it, but I'm glad he wrote it, because now my head is filled with farting crickets. Mission Accomplished, Catturd!

The author of this book is Catturd, the conservative pundit famous on Twitter as either being hilarious or obnoxious. My mom is a huge Catturd fan, and knowing I will read any book put on my hands, she gave to me for Christmas Catturd’s self-published science fiction novel, Rabbitskin …

And you know what? It was pretty damn good!

Whatever your political leanings are - conservative, liberal, independent - if you enjoy science fiction, you will enjoy this book … it is narrated by Logan Spencer, a wunderkind who has just graduated from Harvard … he is approached by Harry Fox, a reclusive genius who graduated from Harvard at the age of 12 and disappeared to a mysterious island along with three other persons, and together they are known as The Four, or Godlings, who can create universes but not life … Harry divulges his creation of the Maze-O, a microchip inserted in the temple that allows one to access all the knowledge in the world … while Logan governs the manufacturing and advancement of Maze-Os, Harry disappears to the Canadian Rockies, where he encounters … Bigfoot, aka Rabbitskin … turns out the Yetis are ancient aliens who can create lifeforms … Rabbitskin is sent to Earth to observe human life … he offers to take Harry and Logan with him to the Yeti (formally known as Carnavorines) homeworld, and there a conflict is created between the Carnavorines and Godlings …

The myth-making and world-building in this novel is excellent … at first I was kind of turned off by Logan’s nasty attitude and unnecessary profanity, but it was entertaining to see him mature into a calculating strategist in the world of the Carnavorines … the ending especially is exciting and fast-paced, with plenty of plot twists … and I loved the description of all the different lifeforms created by the Carnavorines …

If you can separate this book from the author’s political alter ego, I think you will enjoy it … there are no hints in the book regarding conservative politics - in fact, there is a strong pro-environmentalist vein as he describes the creation and evolution of different lifeforms on the planet and how each creature can serve different purposes … a truly entertaining novel …

This book is not entertaining in the slightest, which is no surprise considering who wrote it.

A real page turner. I couldn’t put it down. I don’t read a lot of books but this was a sci-fi right up my alley. I liked A Wrinkle in Time as a kid and this was just as interesting and exciting. It made me stop and question everything as I went along and I couldn’t wait to see what happened. I ❤️ Catturd!

A well written novel with lots of twists and turns. I have read his other books and all are good. Ignore the trolls. These are chinese bots that are trying to unfairly use their weight to affect ratings. Catturd wrote his novels without needing a publisher..so ignore the trolls

Promising start sort of, but it's a mess honestly - it just gets worse as it goes. Zero character development (the entire novel is plot plus lame attempts at wit), and the plot itself has minimal explanations for any developments therein, which just come at you all willy nilly/herky jerky, and NONE for the key "discovery" that drives the resolution - which in then end is a totally lame cliche AND guess what, CT, they were right....

Note, I give 1 star from minimum for creative premise (though this is almost cancelled out by a rather curious angle politically/environmentally - you are warned). I should also say this is not a "I hate Catturd" review to drive the total score down, it's my honest impression - I'm a fan of the guy in his TS feed and got the book as a "why not support the dude/what the heck" kind of deal. Well, I'm here to tell you, it's not worth the heck, if you want to support his little business/dogs, just buy the merch. I'm mainly posting this review specifically for those wondering when they see his ads in the feed.

TL:DR - This is not exactly Dune, but it is Catbarf

Let's get this straight. I have a "I Love Catturd" T-Shirt and even purchased this little book. However, Catturd's expertise in writing is his 1-3 line political prose.

Unfortunately, I was also reading Straight Man by Robert Russo. Richard Russo is a master of the English language and is incapable of coining a sentence that does not contain some measure of wit and even his vernacular is penned with a warm eloquence.

Rabbitskin was an excellent read. It winds around and takes you on an awesome journey. The ending was a complete surprise. I’ve read both the author’s books and I highly recommend both. Checkout the I Love Catturd website to get both Rabbitskin and his first book, The Adventures of Cowfart, literally. You won’t be sorry!

I loved this book. The concept, the characters everything about it. I couldn’t put it down. It’s crazy, funny and sometimes sad but entertaining. The ending another crazy surprise. Pick it up and take it for a spin 🤣🤣or I should say let it take you for a spin.

My parents are big fans of Catturd. They bought me this book for Christmas. I was excited to see it was signed, regardless of the fact that I don't really know the guy or his work.

The book itself went up and down in my estimation. There were times when I was pushing forward because I wanted to report back to my parents that I finished the book. There were other times when I truly wanted to know what would happen next.

I believe the story was very good. There were some great characters. There were some beautiful moments. I even blinked back tears at one spot.

Overall, I felt overwhelmed when I was reading it. The fast pace at which events unfolded meant I was drinking from a fantasy novel firehose. Things were changing too fast.

If it was edited and the storyline was slowed down I could easily see it being a 5 star book. I hope that the author puts out a second edition with this feedback in mind. I know that would be unusual, but isn't it rather unusual for a guy who is famous from Twitter to publish a fiction book in the first place?

I was aware of the aptly-named Catturd from his former presence on Twitter and current presence on Truth Social, so I bought his book in anticipation of a interesting albeit far right-wing read. However, I wasn’t even a full chapter in when I questioned whether this was a “children’s book”. I looked it up online and it was self-published and apparently written for adults. I got through the first chapter, and then read a randomly-selected chapter, and the last chapter. This is likely the worst-written book I’ve ever read and certainly I’ve ever paid for. It is written at an elementary school level (filled with spelling, grammar and style errors) and completely disjointed. On a positive note, if you know any male on the far left side of the IQ Bell Curve, without any significant education, this could be an appropriate gift.

Interesting premise. I like Catturd as a political commentator. As an author, he has potential. Unfortunately, like many people that self-publish, the one thing he desperately needs is a good editor. He needs someone to help clean up the dialogue. To cut some things that need to be gone. He really needs someone to help him add to this. I felt like the story should have been longer and more descriptive. There were many places where he needed a lot more detail about people and places. In short, he needs a good editor. And, frankly, he needed to publish this under a different name. I realize he was trying to capitalize on his fan base, but that also means half the planet will never try reading this just because of his politics. And it’s a good book. It deserves to be judged on its merits, not on the politics of its author.
