Fesarius: Maneuvers

Rate this book
Starship Fesarius has been given the honor of being the observation ship for war games maneuvers. Two obsolete starships staffed with fourth-year Cadets and boot camp graduates will spend one week sneaking around the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. They will plot battle strategy and carry out attacks, make simulated repairs to simulated battle damage and very learn to think quickly on their feet. The results decide which graduates will get commissioned as officers and receive ground-based assignments, starbase assignments or available berths aboard starships. It is a very intense way to learn if someone is cut out for travel in deep space.

Born in 1960, Mr Adams has been writing fiction on a hobbyist basis since 1993 when his mother gave him an obsolete personal computer. "Maneuvers" is his sixteenth title of his starship Fesarius series of sci-fi novels. Mr Adams is divorced and lives in Kendallville, Indiana.
