This book is a critical tool for any one who wishes to use or teach the principles of positive psychology with clients.

Each concept is well explained in how it ties to key ideas of positive psychology and why it matters.

Not every activity is appropriate for every situation or every person, but there’s a gamut of options to choose from.

I’ll be using these ideas in an upcoming course series that I am developing to teach Positive leadership.

It’s a gift to anyone who wishes to pay forward the learnings from positive psychology
