When life hands you lemons, why not swap them with limes and make margaritas with your four sexy Mediterranean soul mates?
I’m Mira Krom and all I wanted was a to be a chef and live in a cute little cottage, but quite frankly, my life's a mess – and I only make matters worse by walking out on my asshole boss…
…but that’s when everything changes – that’s when I meet Gino.
Normally, I wouldn’t take a random job offer from a stranger in a bar, even one with such compelling green eyes, but what choice do I have? There’s an eviction notice on my door, and Gino makes me an offer I can't refuse.
Now I’m the new chef at a gorgeous luxury resort, and the center of attention among the four incredibly hot, wealthy, Mediterranean men who own the place: Gino, Theo, Elias and Helio.
But things really are too good to be true; they’re treating me like I’m some kind of special guest, rather than a lowly employee... and why am I so voraciously drawn to all four of them?
Weirder still, how is it possible that they are connected to the steamy dreams I’ve always had… the dreams of Ancient Greece?
Something is happening here, something not entirely of this world...
…and I’ll be damned if I’m not going to figure out what it is.
A steamy contemporary why-choose love story and a time slip reverse harem romance all rolled into one.
I received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Let me start by saying this- This book was very well written. There were minimal errors, the sentences and dialogue flowed well, and overall the book had a very interesting concept.
However, i personally could not connect with the characters. There was very little world building (although i believe that’s the point, we’re supposed to learn as she does) and we were kinda just told stuff about the FMC (ie: she’s a chef, she loves to cook, her dad sucks and her ex sucks) but we weren’t shown it, and we don’t really understand how much she loves to cook, that it brings her joy, or even why she chose to do it. We see more emotion and her connection with her mom at the beginning, but after that she isn’t really mentioned again. I also really would’ve liked to know more about her ex/ father and the things they did to her to make her a runner. All of these things I feel would’ve helped me be more connected to the characters and storyline.
Unfortunately this book couldn’t hold my attention very well past the half way mark. I personally need to know more about the characters before this point to stay invested, so it was definitely a harder book for me to finish and almost was added to my DNF pile. I also really HATE when villains have their own POV, it’s so cheesy and it’s one of my biggest pet peeves in books.
This book got two stars because it was well written and executed and because I think this series has a lot of potential, but it just wasn’t for me.
As always, please remember that this is only MY opinion, and that you should give it a chance before forming your own. :)
Really great book, the main Character Mira has dreams of Ancient Greece that are quite steamy. Mira lives in New York and is a struggling souls chef and meets Gino in a chance encounter and that’s when her whole life changes. This book is well written and the detailed descriptions are so amazing you can honestly imagine what it was like in Ancient Greece at the temple. The book was building up to give Mira the answers she craves and then it finishes on a cliff hanger. Can’t wait to read more in book two.
I was kinda let down that I DNF after 3/4 into this book . It’s like no connection I feel like the female lead is just a bum but not a good one either . She’s in debt ok. She quit her job ok . She gets evicted ok . And she runs away from her problems ok. But her actions are like there’s no responsibility and I think that’s what irritates me . Then you’d think you get some love for cooking because that’s what she is a chef that’s in debt because she’s .. well .. but no .. not even that . It left me un fulfilling . Like there’s many types of people but I felt like this heroine deserved to be left out on the streets and maybe grow up and be responsible for her life
. An example of why I DNF was at the beginning she got an eviction notice . Gets drunk even though her apartment is filthy. Debates we other to mooch of her best friend again . She than Takes a job but instead of fixing her situation like cleaning ,eviction ect she’s busy taking bikini selfies .... it’s like a rich girl in a poor girls wallet the whole wibe she comes off of . Than she gets whisked away to rich men and I’m like where’s the character growth ?
Like I normal don’t like naive/childlike heroines but this was a first for me I felt this heroine is lazy ...

At first i thought this would be an average RH but i was surprised in a positive way. The story got deeper and more interesting and the characters that seemed flat and sketchy at the beginning became more like real persons as the story continued. I started the second book right away. :-)
This was a great start to a new series! The reincarnation idea was an interesting one especially with the added flashback type dreams that Mira gets. Just based on those, I'm desperate to find out exactly what happened in that specific lifetime. How did Theo betray the one he loved? How did their lives end up? I know something bad happened, and I need details! Hehe. Although sometimes it was hard to keep up with the names during those dreams, I eventually got them figured out and was able to understand which character was who in the current life. I love books with instantaneous connections, but I'm hoping that there will be some organic growth in the next book because, let's be honest, Mira and the guys are not the same people they were in their other life together. I know they have this "pull", but I look forward to seeing some real connections between everyone and maybe a rekindling between Gino and Elias. I hope that whatever secrets about the past and current life are brought to light soon because if they aren't, Mira might put on her running shoes and try to exit stage left again. Mira deserves a break after everything she has had to put up with. With her issues of self worth, she deserves to be in a relationship based on honesty and be with people who love her even with her flaws, who don't force her to be someone she isn't, and who support her when she really needs it. Looking forward to the next book. I just hope that her crazy ex doesn't mess things up too too much.
This is a book that reads like a 1st draft story, with final draft editing. And what I mean by this is the story is drastically underdeveloped, and there's a lot of heart and connection missing.
There was very little world building, and what was done was confusing. Mira is a chef, supposedly this was what she wanted most after escaping a terrible father and worse ex. Except have you ever heard someone joke about needing to avoid books where the main character is a chef? This would apply here. At the moment that career adds nothing to the story (other than getting her to the actual location of the story) and we aren't shown any passion from Mira or why it has impact on her.
What we were shown for most of the book, dreams. Lots of dreams. Which might have been interesting, except the people she is dreaming about have different names now. And we aren't clued into who is who until the end. I acknowledge this might be a me thing, but when an author does this, all of that character development means nothing to me because I don't know who they were!
Then the ending came and that's where the underdeveloped happened, because it was rushed, a little nonsensical, and had no lead up or foreshadowing.
I received an ARC of this book and offer an honest review. 3 1/2 ⭐️
RH, slow burn, reincarnation in a pretty Mediterranean setting. Four smoking hot employers, what more could you want?
Mira is plagued by dreams of Artemis’ temple in Ancient Greece where she serves as a temple priestess named Mya. Her dreams begin in high school, with gorgeous men, she feels are her soulmates.
Years later her dreams begin again. Interspersed with these are glimpses of Micah, her imaginary childhood friend.
Cordon Bleu trained, Mira runs from her problems, job to job. While she’s sous cheffing in New York, Gino Santoro offers her a dream job at the exclusive El Cielo retreat in the Mediterranean which sounds too good to be true.
Arrogant, haunted Theo. Cocky, volatile, vulnerable Helio. Gino, refined and elegant. Elias, sweet and sensual. Four gorgeous men, are they all her soulmates?
This is well written by a new author. It is a slow burn, though I had trouble connecting at times with so much world building. I’d like to see more interaction in book two. Only for that reason would I rate 3 1/2 stars.
In this debut book, we begin to learn about the life of the FMC. She's struggling to hold a job because of various reasons, in debt up to her eyeballs, and getting kicked out of her apartment. Luckily, she gets offered a job (all relo expenses paid mind you) to a new one on the day she quits her other sous chef position. The storyline slowly progresses as she takes the position and gets introduced to her men *winky face*.
There's a lot of internal monolouging throughout the book and can be a little lengthy at times, but it does provide a good amount of insight into that person's feelings and internal struggle, even when it's a little disjointed. It is a great story concept and not something I've read before. 3.5 stars.
I loved the idea of reincarnation and finding each other again and then remembering yourselves. Mya/Mira seems to have had a rough life after her mother died and being under controlling men who pull all the strings. Her hesitation at jumping at a once in a lifetime opportunity makes sense because the men (mostly Gino) go about it the wrong way but she never would have taken the leap. I likes the past life dream flashbacks to show where the connections come from with all of them. Im glad that she chose the men instead of running and cant wait to see how the story continues with the past, present, and future.
Mira is definitely a complex character. Pretty wishy washy as well always running away from her problems. She quits yet another job as a sous chef then ends up getting an unbelievable job offer from a hot guy. Considering she has zero options, an eviction notice, overdue bills she really doesn't have a choice. Add to all of this is her dreams of ancient Greece. I guess shes reincarnated and do have several others. I love all things Greek so a priestess of my favorite Greek goddess Artemis? Hello I am all about it. My problem with the book is that it goes back and forth so darn much that I have whiplash. I kept reading it and hoping that book 2 gets me more into it.
Brilliant start to a new series!! I love the mix of cooking and history. It is a unique twist on past lives and how some people are meant to be together. Mira is a soup chef taken into a world of beautiful history where she meets her guys. Lots of mixed feelings and confusion as Mira starts to understand why she was brought into this new world by these sexy men. This book is slow-medium burn but it is so worth the build up and you understand the characters more with all the details written. Definitely picks up in action at the end and you just want to know more. Loved this!! Can’t wait to see what is next! 💜🖤
I enjoyed this book, and I am looking forward to the next.
I like the direction in which this book is going. I loved that the guys dont always get along. I was confused a couple of times with the guys names and their past lives. I understand their past lives they were different people, but it would of been nice if say one guy had blue eyes through all of his many lives. (To keep them straight) Personally, I would of like to have more build up or background.
Over all it was well written, a good start and I will be waiting for the second book!

I loved the characters in this book and can’t wait to read more about them. Firstly, I fell in love with Gino straight away. And then Elias. But then, how can you not? A smart and hot man who knows his way around the kitchen? Umm, yeah, he’s so totally mine. I love the whole idea of a shared dream, a past lives thing. Haven’t read anything like it. And that it’s a reverse harem. I’m so excited for book 2.
I received this book as an arc and am voluntarily leaving a review
This is a book that I really loved and the idea is original. Dreaming of ancient Greek gods keeps Mira on her toes. She dreams that she is a priestess named Mya and she has soulmates, four attractive guys. Then having a bad day at work years later since highschool she is finding she has the dreams again and after she kinda quit her job she is offered the job of a lifetime by a attractive stranger. Will she take the leap and go with her dreamjob?
The beginning was slow for me to get into but once I did I couldn't put the book down. I love the reincarnated souls aspect of the story and cannot wait to see what the significance of the characters are. The main character, Mira, has dream memories about her past life and they were pretty cool to read. The world building is very thorough and it is slow burn but I have a feeling it's leading up to a steamy second and third book.
This book was amazing!! I honestly cannot wait to see what happens in the next book. I loved the romance and unexpected turn of events in the book. The character's romance and revelations were awesome and made the book top-notch. It made me keep reading and sitting on the edge of my seat the whole time while reading it.
I really enjoyed reading this book. Mira keeps running away from the difficult situations that come up. She lands a job in a paradise resort and has to learn to confront those she becomes close to. It is filled with so much tension between Mira and the guys. As I read the book I felt like I was going through this journey with Mira. I can’t wait for the next book!
DNF @30%. The author tried to write it as if Mira was running towards something (destiny), but I cant help to help she is actually still running away from her problems. All the swooning, her immature attitude in life, and the lack of a substantial story line (besides all the swooning) means this is not a story for me...
This was a very interesting book. It’s the first of the series so it has a lot of world building and not so much character interaction. However, I think this series is going to be complex so the world building is necessary. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next one.
It took a little bit for me to get into this book, and just as I did it started to get really exciting. When I noticed there’s not possibly enough time left to sort this out. Yep it’s a series. I love where it’s heading and I enjoyed the character and world building. I’m looking forward to seeing where these characters go together.
I was part of the Arc group that got to read this amazing story. I loved all the emotional characters interacting. There’s definitely some HAWT times in the book. The story was fascinating. Anytime I had to put my phone down and stop reading to do some kind of chores I was thinking about it. The only thing I could recommend is to make the 2nd book longer. It didn’t feel long enough for the story. I can’t wait to read the second one! Read this! You won’t be disappointed!!
