Between two Worlds! Douglas Leighton was a young, extremely handsome architect and a prize catch for any woman. Or so Myrna thought. Surprisingly good for its time frame.
Still poor confused man rescued from evil homo by a virtuous woman, but the characters have more depth (which isn't saying much for this genre/time frame).
Also a surprisingly sympathetic lesbian character, who is kind and not a predator.
