Will you go for a walk with me, as I meet my friends? I think I am normal, but am I?This book is a delighful journey as we meet a range of diverse characters and learn that we are all wonderfully different.
This book is written for the UK / Australian market and uses Mum. There is also a US version that uses Mom.
Being different is normal and normal means people are their own individual person
This story provides children with the concept of "normal" and how normal does not exist as it is perceived but it exists in each person being their own unique self. The illustrations were well done and the use of different ethnic people and people with disabilities was excellent.
This wonderful book is all about accepting each other for being different. Anyone can be normal, but being yourself is special. No one else can be you! The children in this story celebrate their uniqueness. Excellent message for kids!
A lovely story of acceptance! Is anyone really normal... No. This book teaches young readers to celebrate the differences between us all, which makes for a fun and educational read 👍
