I have been taught, when writing, to get the reader hooked on the first line, the first paragraph, or at least the first chapter. If that doesn’t happen, then I think the author is out of luck, at least with me. Kane Daemon knows how to hook the reader in, almost immediately. Bono Harper is our hero, a biker with the MC Hell’s Justice. Before he can accomplish his reason for taking Patty to dinner, three things happen--a fight with three rival gang bikers, a shakedown by a local cop, then a shootout with said cop, and two losers trying to rob a convenience store while holding his date hostage. It seems like everywhere he goes, there is trouble. But he comes out smelling like a rose. And then an old girlfriend shows up, one who is now a cop, and the attraction between them is still strong and electrifying. Now he has to ask her for help with the club, and although it is not breaking the law, it is still working with the MC. Will she help the club, and more importantly, will she and Bono restart their relationship?

Kane Daemon writes in a style that is playful and brutally honest. His word structure is urbanely real with lots of sarcastic humour. I especially love the sharp and snappy banter he always has going on between his characters. He shapes those characters with colourful and expressive words that help give mood and meaning to his plot. All the bikers are extremely sexy and know exactly how to please a woman so I advise the readers to keep a cold drink nearby because those scenes get particularly steamy and intense.

The Hell’s Justice series is well worth the read. The books are like an undulating sea—each one answering questions, bringing you closer to the end, but then ebbing away with another question on the horizon. I highly recommend this book and the rest of the series. Well done, Mr. Daemon

This is a hard book to rate and I was bouncing between a 3 or 4 star rating. I went with the 3 star because there are grammar errors that take away from the story and the characters need to have more of a connection.

This story is action packed- with drama, suspense, and danger and keeps you on the edge of your seat, but is confusing to follow at times. Some parts stop leaving you wondering what exactly happens.

Bona and Valarie are great characters and this is their story but the author has added Vin's story into the mix taking away from their story. Bona is Hell's Justice Sargent at Arms and Valerie is a Phoenix police officer. They have strong feelings for each other but neither wants to give up their careers to see where it will take them. Danger lurks in the dark for both of them, causing them to have to make decisions about their future.

Vin is a member of Hell's Justice and is a player and meets Raven who is gothic. They have a connection and meet Camile and it causes problems against two MC's.

Vin's story should have only been a few sentences thrown in and not chapters. The connection between other characters needed to be there to help the story flow better. You have all these characters and no MC bond is really there. They are all in their own little bubble.
The ending felt rushed and the epilogue should have been about Bono and Valerie, with the last few sentences being about Vin, Raven and the surprise that shows up- that would be a great introduction to a book 3.

Still a book worth reading.

Bono & Valerie: triggers- assault, rough sexual scenes, torture, kidnapping, corrupt law enforcement, drugs, prostitution, fire. This book was complete nonsense as far as the romance element goes. This is a second chance romance for the characters. They used to have a sexual relationship before and became a cop. Now, she can't be seen with the biker for sake of you job. Bono is my least liked character of all time. Because how is it that he's "in love" with Valerie but that doesn't stop him from having sex with all these other females. I also didn't enjoy that unbelievably graphic and less than sexy anal play with Vin and all his conquests. And I'm thinking throughout the story, "why is this story even included within Bono and Valerie's book?" Especially if Vin has his own book and I'm also concerned that the author will use the Vin chapters from this book and repeat them in the next book which is one of the most annoying things for an author to do because readers, dedicated readers and authors fans typically really book series' in order so we'll have to endure those horrific chapters yet again. While I'm sure it's normal for the things the author explained to happened, it's not something I was to read about in my romance books. Despite the genre. The secondary story that deals with the MC was interesting even if it wasn't enough to keep me happy with the entire book. I was really interested in what was going on and all of the action. All in all, this book was a disappointment for me.

I enjoyed this book tremendously. Kane Daemon has a way with words and getting the whole Alpha man and attitude down pat so that it comes across as Steamy. It is dark and not for those whole want fluffy or sweet love stories Bono and Val’s path to love was not easy. They were on opposing side. Bono was an officer for the Hell’s Justice MC and Val is a police officer. They shouldn’t have worked but they do. Val had to make a decision on whether to stay with the police force and stop having contact with Bono or take a chance on love and staying with Bono and the MC. I won’t ruin the story for you and say what choice. Al made or how it all ends. You will have to listen on your own to find out. I will say that you won’t be disappointed by this book. If you have triggers this book is not for you. There is talk of rape and some other sexual situations that is a little twisted. There is a small amount of BDSM. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The ending! Ha! Brilliant!

This is book 2 of Hell’s Justice MC series and it continues after Zane and Carrie’s story of Vengeance. I enjoy stories that follow a timeline. Not only do we get the previous character cameos in the following book; we also see what happens to those characters that we are introduced to in book 1. This is about Bono Harper. I won’t say too much because in book 1, Bono is dating a college professor. So good of a read with lots of action, drama, and romance. I enjoy the narrative spoken from the main characters point of view. I believe that is what sells the story; spoken from that characters viewpoint. Awesome great read! Highly recommend reading them in order but read them both. I’m eager to see if there will be a book 3 and I hope it is Vin and Raven. That would be classic.

Destroyer is book 2 of the Hell's Justice series by Kane Daemon. This story has a little bit of everything: Suspense, romance, and angst. I can’t wait to see what’s up in the next installment. There are a couple of scenes that were so unexpected that I couldn't put the book down. For this being Kane's second book, he is well on his way to becoming a fan favorite.

Kane is becoming one of my favorites. Destroyer is the second book in the Hell’s Justice Series. You get your fill of dirty cops and an MC that will go to the end for the ones they care about. Bono and Valerie come from two different worlds but their end goal is the same. It has loads of drama and heaps of action! I enjoyed this story. This story will have you on the edge and it will keep you there until the end! The character and world building is extraordinary. I found that this one was way darker than Vengeance BK1 but it flows smoothly. Kane has done a remarkable job with this MC. It keeps getting better with every book! Can not wait to see what is in store for us with book 3.

Gritty, Sexy, Dirty

Destroyer is the second book in the Hell’s Justice Series, and it's gritty, funny, sexy and definitely dirtier. Bono Harper is a member of Hell’s Justice MC and is torn between his duty and honor to the club as he fights his love for Valerie Michaels. Bono suspects there may be people trying to take over their operations. And he will do anything possible to protect Valerie. Valerie Michaels is a police officer for the Phoenix PD. She has to decide what’s more important to her, her job or her love for Bono. This is one hot read! I enjoyed reading this book and recommend it highly.

As soon as I turned the last page, all I could say was "hot damn". This is the first I've read from this author and will definitely look for more. I love a good MC romance with men willing to live and love as they choose. Bono is all in with Valerie, but they are on opposite sides of the law. When some of her fellow cops appear dirty, Valerie needs to make a decision on whose side she wants to be in the end. Bono doesn't hesitate to protect those he loves using his fists or a gun. There are some gritty, bloody scenes and full on drugs and sex in the book. Loved it.

The first book is tame compared to this one. There is a lot of action, danger, dirty cops and bikers. Valarie is a cop and Bono is a Biker. An odd couple to be sure. When she finds out about some drugs being bought and sold by cops, she talks to her captain about a tip. So the bad cops are out to kill her, but not if Bono can help it. Vin is a little too much for me to take in. Not in to the bondage or kinky stuff. But when Bono's father is kidnapped, things come to a head with more dirty cops. HEA.

Destroyer is book 2 of the Hell's Justice Series by Kane Daemon. This is Bono is a member of an outlaw MC and Valerie is a police officer, which makes for an interesting coupling. This book is a dark romance and not for the faint of heart. I really liked Bono and Valerie as a couple and as individuals. They certainly had a lot of chemistry between them.

Destroyer is a gritty book that kept me engaged in the story. It was well-written and flowed very well. I am really liking this series. Kudos to Kane Daemon!

What a ride!!

This was an amazing book of good vs bid but is it really bad when you are standing for what is right and good is doing all the bad? Bono and Valerie are as opposite as they come. They are loyal and love passionately, each other and their friends.it is hard to have to decide if love and a new life is better than what you have currently, even if that means, turning your back to all that seems good. You won't be dismally red with this story. Thank you Kane.

From the moment I opened this book I could not put it down. Once again the author has written an excellent MC book that captured interest and intrigue. The drama started from the first page and kept up throughout the book. You could feel a connection with the main character which made the storyline excellent. Work highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys an MC book.

This is the second book in Hell’s Justice.
If you thought book 1 was a page turner
than you won’t be disappointed in this one because
I found it had a lot more action suspense drama and steam.

Exciting

This is not your typical MC romance book. Bono is a part of the club life and when he meets Valarie a cop there’s 2 opposing views but they can’t stay away from each other. Bono is there to protect Valarie every chance he can and in the end things work out for them and it’s an amazing ride for them. I loved it

I loved book 1 and this one is even better. This is why I love books in a series you get to know the situation and back ground so you fall deeper into the stories. This one is a hit in my book.

Lots of action but was confused with Vin's story interferring every once in a while. Not sure of the relevance but I guess it's leading into another book but it took away from the story particularly as there was very little personal interaction between Valerie and Bono compared to Vin and Raven.
