Please note this is book 4 out of a 5 book series.
In this fourth installment, Margot must make a tough decision. When we last left Margot, her brother had invited himself over and claimed that Margot should not buy the family ranch. The nerve of him! Well, this declaration certainly throws a wrench in Margot’s plans. Well, she still has her job in New York to fall back on, and she has to go back to get all of her worldly possessions from her apartment. So off to New York she goes, with a little pep talk from Andrew. Margot explores her options, but at the end of the day, she knows what direction she wants her life to take. Will she let some negative words from her brother deter her from her destiny? Will she once again fall victim to the bad luck she believes has cursed her? And her life in New York is not the same, but will Margot fall back into old habits, or will she finally take control of her life and go after the things she knows she wants? Follow Margot as she takes a trip to attempt to salvage her old self, and finally does that growing up she needs to do. In the end, Margot must decide what is most important and follow her heart!
Margot has finally made up her mind. She is a headstrong woman, but so often, she allows what other people say to decide for her. No more of that! She wants a home to come back to in the evening.
Still, it is wise to weigh out a big decision. She does just that and realizes that she is not a muddled as she thought.
It is nice to see her pull on her boots and slog through the mud. Some people, like Richard, need to be told no and I am glad she held her ground. It will be extremely interesting to see where her new decisiveness takes her.
I received a free copy from the author and am volunteering an honest review for the benefit of others.
I got this book in exchange for an honest review and I am so happy to have read it. Amazing! Awesome. Totally loved the story. Can't wait for the next in the series. This is my first book by the author and I am in love with her writing. I like books thay are crisp with no drag and this book absolutely fits in The character of Margot who is troubled by her luck, her bossy brothers, supportive parents and a sweet boy friend and not to forget an ex who is an ass all fit in brthis beautiful narrative
I enjoyed this story immensely. Margot has a very relatable character, bad and good moods included ☺. She finally found out what and where she wants to be in life and goes after it. Of course, without a signature cliffhanger, the book could not end properly! I cannot wait for the next book to come out.
