A collection of memoirs written by senior citizens around the Bay Area. From immigrating to the United States all alone to getting lost in London’s underground railroad to living through the 8.7-magnitude Assam Earthquake, these seniors’ lives are full of twists and turns, and their stories are just as interesting and enriching. Wanting to appreciate the treasure trove of wisdom the seniors in our community possess and share it with the world, I taught them how to write memoirs, and have compiled their works in this book. Hopefully you appreciate and learn from their stories just as much as I did!
