Great mini book on trauma. Not a lot of information and most of it was pretty obvious. However still a good read to remind yourself how you need to deal with trauma or how to allow others to deal with trauma. Not a very informative book but a good reminder nonetheless.
The information in this booklet was eye opening. I want to learn more about the somatic healing. Great read and well worth the time spent reading it. Much love❤️
I learned more things about the effects my trauma has had on me reading this than any book person or video ever hinted about, and I have seen a psychiatrist for almost 20 years and am about to start back with therapy!
