I mean... this was a book. The author has such an ego. The whole book they're like "THIS METHOD IS GOING TO SLOVE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS AND FIX EVERY SADNESS YOUVE EVER HAD AND ITLL BRING BACK YOUR DEAD HAMSTER". What's the method? Pinch your forearm. Yup. But honestly how good can you be for 30 pages. It was also very poorly edited. It was fine. It was ok. Wouldn't recommend.

I will start this review with a fact, I am not currently dating anyone nor am I going through a break-up. You see, the version I am reading is the Google Books version [it is free on there right now as I type]. The title is originally, 'How to Get Over a Breakup (And Other Forms of Emotional Pain)'
And as of the current, I am definitely going through an emotional period in my life.
So, like any other person, who is intrigued by the free price and incredible title, i.e the 'Emotional Pain' part, I decided to download the Google Books app and purchase the [free] book.

What can I say?
It's not like I had any high expectations, but it was a little helpful, I guess.
I scaled my pain 85-88 (I am in a constant state of anxiety), at the end of the techniques, it was a 70, which isn't much better, but results are results.
I admit, my laziness might've been a factor as I did the superman pose the best I could with my figure seated on my bed, moving my limbs in a protective fashion under my laptop which was the object of my protection [it is an expensive laptop okay, and I acquainted it to my lap a long time ago so it feels more natural for it to stay, rather than place it back on the spacious bed.]

I like that it was short, shows how time is running and running and running, which also allows me the benefit of finishing in about a couple of minutes.

At the end, my 70 did go revert back to the 80 in the scale, for my own mental health is forever stricken.

This is a book of convenience honestly, if you want to read it, then read it and see how it goes, for one technique does not solve all.
