I lived in north London for 11 years before moving to Cheshunt with my parents. There, I was educated in Turnford school, yup nothing to fancy no college or university for me. I hated school and just wanted to go to work as soon as I could. When I did leave school, I started work in Tesco as a Supervisor. Then, after two years, I was placed on the trainee management program where I was lucky enough to work in every single department of a large superstore for two years. After this, I was finally promoted to a stock-control manager where I took care of seven members of staff and was responsible for every piece of stock in the store.
After ten years in the store, I decided to improve my knowledge and skills even more by moving to the head office; where I worked on the support desk and various other departments for a further 18 years. During all that time, I wrote many training documents and manuals for Tesco staff members all over the world regarding the Tesco ordering systems. I also built a report in Excel to measure the supplier service levels in Central Europe which was rolled out to many countries, giving them detailed information on what suppliers were causing them problems. By using this report, each country could deal with the worst performing suppliers and monitor their ongoing performance.
Not long after that I was made redundant, so I went through that worrying phase of what do I do with my life. Then, I realised I would finally have a chance to live out my dream and go back to writing books. I was always interested in writing stories as a child but never had the time to do it for real and write an actual book until now. It has taken me five years to finally finish my first book and at times it was tough, but I made it through with the support of my family and my wife. So now the first book of Twins of Arcon is available for others to see my vision. I have a lot of unique ideas rolling inside my head for many more books in the future, but like anything it all depends on time. I have already written three chapters for the next thrilling instalments of the Twins of Arcon, and I must say I believe it’s going to be better than the first one. However, for now I have chosen to take a different approach for a while a write a much smaller book.
