This is a beautiful 9x12 coloring book that was inspired by the Sedona Women's Retreats I ran for years. This is the second in a series of three books. There is writing that accompanies some of the drawings that is specifically geared toward women. It takes the process of coloring to a deeper level, and helps move stuck energy. Once you start to color you'll be hooked! Playing with color is deeply relaxing and incredibly fun. It's a meditative, stress-reducing activity that gets your creative juices flowing, even for the artistically faint-of-heart!
