A nice introduction to this specific field.

It was very similar to the basic microbiology, but in this one we actually got to know how each species of microorganism contributed to the industrial processes.

This book is the best book I've read for my undergraduate degree in Biological Engineering! If you have any desire to get in the biomanufacturing field, this is vital!
