I loved the reading plan and the daily devotionals.
Daily prayers. I found that the prayers, especially on day 3, were exactly what I needed when I needed it.

The Thrive Bible is a devotional Bible that is not new, but has been released with new cover options. There is a hardcover that is navy blue with pink flowers on it, and a rose gold imitation leather. Both have a paste down liner, a sewn binding, and one ribbon marker. The imitation leather copy also has rose gold page gilding. The biggest difference between the newly released covers and the previous editions of the Thrive Bible is that the lines/wide margin were taken out of these new copies. So, instead of being a journaling Bible, it is a devotional Bible that is a more portable size. The newer versions also have a pink color scheme within the Bible, where the older editions had a blue color scheme. All of the Thrive Bibles are in the New Living Translation (NLT).
The Bible starts out with a presentation page, Psalm 23, and a letter from Sheri Rose (the author of the devotional content in the Bible). There is an introduction to the Thrive Bible, and a 365 Day Key Passages Reading Plan. There is also a topical index, which is really helpful because you can look up a topic, and then find devotionals that go along with that particular topic. Each book has an introduction that is about a paragraph long. The scripture is in a double column format, and is an 8 point font. It is a little small, but it’s bold, so that helps with readability. Chapter numbers and headings are in a pink font. It is black letter text.
The Thrive Bible is a really comforting Bible because along with the scripture, it includes beautiful devotionals. Each devotional includes a Bible verse, a love letter from God, a reflection, and a treasure of truth. The devotionals are short, tied to scripture, and very comforting to read. This is often the Bible that I pick up when I need encouragement, or to relax before I go to bed. There are also character profiles and prayers throughout the Bible. Some pages have a “Treasure of Truth” which is a one sentence piece of advice or encouragement.
The Thrive Bible is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! You can’t go wrong, whether you choose the blue hardcover with pink flowers, or the rose gold imitation leather cover. My daughter has already claimed the rose gold version for “when she gets older”. I told her that mom will use it for now, and then pass it on when she is ready for it!

The Thrive Bible was exactly what I was searching for. Wide margins (2.75" and more on some pages), beautifully written devotionals, love letters from God, Reflections, prayers, book introductions and profiles of many people in the bible. I love that each days reading is not a lot of pages, so it's very easy to manage, you won't get overwhelmed. I give this bible a 5 Star Review!
I was so graciously gifted this Bible from Tyndale House as a journaling bible that I plan to color, draw and paint in along with doing the daily devotions. I am really looking forward to going day by day and growing in my faith. The larger margins were one thing I was really excited about being an artist. The blue inside the bible, is a soft color and doesn't take away from the beauty of the bible, it enhances it. I am thinking this would make a wonderful present as well. I bought this Bible to use as part of a reading plan through the Bible, which I started 2 years ago and just finished today! 683 days in total! I loved the extra space to take notes in the margins, and enjoyed reading the devotionals sprinkled throughout.

10/10 Stars. The best decision of my life was to start reading the Bible this year. I followed Erika Kirk’s Bible study of reading the whole Bible in 365 days. This made such a positive impact on my life this year. It’s inspired me to be to continue to grow spiritually and to continually improve.

When this arrived, it came in posterboard-like cover (see pictured at the top of this post). When you take it out of this cover, you will be amazed. It has a cloth-over-board hard cover. Cream and light blue are shown on the cover. When opening, you will be met with a lot of content that is just awe inspiring. There is the normal Contents page, Books of the Bible, Alphabetical Listing of Bible Books, A Note to Readers and Contributors. There is a section that is labeled Introduction to Thrive. This is an in-depth portion that is worth to read before you dig into this Bible. It goes over how you can read the content of this Bible and apply it to your life. The reading plan gives a snippet of all the stories in the Bible and will help you complete this in one year.
The Bible is a double column and has two inch wide margins. There is plenty of room to write your notes on the sides of the pages. You can use embellishments, stickers, pens and pencils in the margins. However, there is no band attached to help close this Bible.
One other distinct feature in this Bible is shown in the picture above. The Bible has 365 daily devotions with thought provoking scripture, a letter from God, reflection and closing thought for the passage. On the opposite page, there is a small prayer to help you talk to God. These devotions help you read the Bible and also get more out of what you just read.
Overall, I love this Bible. At first I was not sure if I would like it. But I read one of the devotions and I just felt like God was speaking to me. There is just so much content in this Bible from the devotionals alone. It combines a daily devotional, Bible verses and journaling all in one. I would recommend this to every woman who would like to be in God’s Word daily while reading a devotional to go along your reading.

My First ever Journal Bible and I'm loving it. I really LOVE and Treasure this bible of mine.
This Bible is great for someone who is new to studying the Bible. Its easy to understand because it's NLT version.
Also personally, I like that it has devotionals, study tools and reading plan including the love letter from God, a reflection and treasure of truth, plus a wide margins lines for journaling. It was exactly I was searching for.
