I love finding a book that is perfect for getting started with understanding the life of an empath. This book walks you through the basic steps and it includes simple affirmations, gentle advice, easy techniques, and links to YouTube videos. I love how the author walks the steps with you as if she is guiding you while in the room. She teaches you how to embrace your gift and move ahead. I even feel inspired to save the adorable animal drawings that are displayed between the chapters, in order to color them in while meditating. I look forward to seeing more books in the future.

I adore this tiny but mighty book. It is packed with inspired exercises anyone can do anywhere they may be. Being an empath and feeling the world around us is a major challenge at least for me. I learned that being sensitive isn't a weakness it is a strength. After reading this book I feel empowered! It's an easy read you can do in a few days, but the lessons can stay with you for a lifetime. Great book!
I never knew what an Empath was until I found out about the book, "I Feel Too Much" with Alicia McBride. What a great book! My friend read it and said, "oh that's what is going on with me." It's a big game changer and I highly recommend it!
