ONE HEARTBREAKING LANDSLIDE!!!
Hopping hornets! Ava doesn't blink an eye, notching her belt and delivering all the heat and magic with this hot little number, raising the stakes and keeping it real, wrapping this baby up sleek, shiny and tight. Blowing forward full throttle, wrangling with the intimidating trials and challenging tribulations, noting the startling twists and wicked turns, bridging the gap and mixing it up, launching this lil' fella to a whole new level. Braided, bound and tightly coiled, displaying the explosive ups and agonizing downs, awe inspiring in it's depth and grounding in it's simplicity. Ava has this bad boy banging like a cheap screen door, throwing caution to the wind, no turning back and take no prisoners attitude, blasting this gem to life beautifully. The attraction and chemistry sizzles, drawing you deeper until you feel the electrifying hum running rampant through your veins. The characters are authentic and original with qualities and traits that transforms into amazing personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and descriptions, as to give you a full understanding and realism that flows smoothly. Fantastic job Ava, thanks for sharing this little gem with us.

The story continues with Tye not knowing if his life is in ruins and only Kami can control the outcome after the mess he created. Kami steps up and keeps Tye out of trouble but only for Gabby. When all the drama unfolds this time around, Tye is going to have to face some hard facts about his sister and grovel to Kami if he wants to be in her life, but will Kami be able to believe or trust him after his deception?

This was a really in depth heartfelt story. Although I didn’t understand why Tye didn’t take custody of Gabby. I mean to a point I do but ultimately she should’ve went to him especially with how things ended. It’s really sad that children and parents go through what Gabby and Dani went through. And unfortunately not many get the happy ending they so deserve.

This is a continuation of book 4 and deals with all the angst, love, longing and roadblocks of Kami, Tye, Dani and Gabby. The story was well-written and invited the readers to keep turning the pages to find out what happens next. Though we knew we were getting a HEA, there were enough twists and turns to make you wonder if 100% of what you thought was going to happen, would happen. It was a fun read and definitely enjoyable.

Forgivable

I was so happy to get my hands on this book.
Finally was able to find out what was going on with Tye and Kami.
Felt so sorry for Gabby and everything she has gone thru.
Cami, I can relate to what she was going thru.
Story was very well written and enjoyable even though I cried through-out the book.

You can’t read this short story without reading the previous book first as that one cuts off at a cliffhanger. We found resolution for our characters in this book, albeit tritely in some ways. I’m still disappointed how the book was split into a novella and a short story, I’d rather have had one book to give 5 stars to. This book had a steamy scene.

Ms. Greene has created yet another great, fast paced, suspenseful, quick read. This is the continuation of Tye and Kami’s story. Tye is a pediatric doctor and Kami a social worker that is going to college to become a lawyer. In this book, Kami has to decide if her relationship with Tye is over. This is such a wonderful page turning read that you can’t put down.

Great book.

I enjoyed reading this story although I wish it could have been one book.
Spoiler Alert!
At first I was questioning Kami wanting to adopt Gabby right away even though she knows there is a grandmother & uncle, it wasn't appropriate to just throw that aside. Getting to be her foster mother was in question also. Yes, it turned out alright & was a good story. I like how the story & personalities developed.
Yes I would recommend this book & author.

He has caused a lot of trouble with her with his deception and lies. Just for his sister. Will she forgive him and work things out? This is a hard thing to come back from. A short entertaining read...
Misunderstandings, misconceptions & even flat out lies can't stop the chemistry & the inevitable hea for the hero & heroine. The underlying reasons for the deception was revealed & the hero forgiven. I love the dynamics between the characters and how believable they are.

Great book

As a child who grew up in the system I ABSOLUTELY loved this book. It hit HOME for me, especially the adoption part. It was fantastic. Hard to put down once I started. Would love to see more of Kami and Tye

This short story in the second half to The Promise. You cannot read this without reading the other.

I liked that this was in my favorite dual POV format.

The Proposal

This fifth book was also the second part to Kami and Tye's romance. The drama of his sister and the care of his niece are all addressed. A love story and happy ending for all.
