Boone and Eppley Scott are the sons of a prosperous Arizona ranching family —- and they couldn'’t be more different. Boone has a talent for the six-shooter, but is content to raise cattle. Eppley is far more ambitious - —and deadly. — When Epp sends a killer after his unsuspecting younger brother, Boone’'s lightning-quick hands leave six dead men behind.
On the run, facing peril from all sides, Boone must fight to survive if he'’s ever going to make it to the final showdown— with his own flesh and blood.
My cousin and I read through this whole book side by side. We read out loud, switching who read every chapter and used voices when narrating the charcters (even the gay one). The beginning of the book had us hooked with the over use of the word "brother". I even watched her read that first page to the guy she has a crush on and he laughed! Honestly, I think it helped her odds with him. 100% recommend.

My cousin and I read this book to each other while going about our days together. We thoroughly enjoyed the writing which was surprisingly comical. The first chapter was hilariously littered with the word "brother." My cousin and I showed multiple people (even a guy I like heheh) and it had everyone cackling. I think it helped my odds with said guy. 10/10 :D
