This is not a single time read at all. You need to go back and read it the second time to get a complete grasp of it. But, you need a little mathematical foundation, familiarity and a little physics foundation, also a little art foundations to completely grasp what the author is saying.

The central theme being change amidst non-change and how to quantify and study it. It was wonderful, but it had a little mathematical introductions and language much later in the book which might put off a lot of readers. But, I was comfortable with it.

One thing for sure is that, it opened a whole new world and way of thinking for me. I even chose to give a speech on this. When the author finishes giving examples, you will wonder how you missed all these details and the explanations.

One thing I am disappointed with is that there is not much deeper explanation into particle physics and other physics aspect where the applications of symmetry are numerous and central to. It is not explained in considerable detail. But, that can be ignored as the target of this book is just an exposition and revelation and not a detailed explanation.
