Ivan:
I lost my arm in a helicopter accident six months ago and my roommates aren't letting me mope at home one more day. They've pretty much shoved me out the door, insisting that I visit a gym for combat vets.
The name? Wrecked.
Really? That's the name we're going with?
Fine.

Benning:
I'm a triple-amputee, and this place has been my sanctuary since it opened. Good day, bad day, it doesn't matter - everyone here accepts me just as I am.
And I'm pretty sure my husband just walked in the door.
I should probably learn his name.

Crash is an insta-love short (8k words) in the Wrecked universe and has four limbs, three meddling roommates, two crash landings, and one locker room grope fest.

A short little novella about Benning, who's almost 40, ripped with long blonde hair and a triple amputee who goes to Wrecked regularly.

When he meets Ivan, a 24 year old vet who lost an arm, he's immediately in love and knows he's looking at his future husband.

A little OTT, very insta-love with a lot of sex , but it's quite romantic with them getting married AND looking forward to having a kid at the end of this novella.


I decided to read this one first, to see what the fuss is about with Benning, but I'm also currently reading the 2nd book in the series, where these two meet.

I absolutely loved how Benning immediately knew he'd met his future husband, and how Ivan was totally there with him!

Sometimes instalove is really fun to read, and this was definitely a case of that - although I actually would have liked more from their story because this was super short.

This was a cute novella. I saw last book when Ivan came into the gym and Benning was taken with him. So I was intrigued. This one is very OTT with instant love and connection, but I knew that going in based on the last book.

I was really here for the epilogue. I'm happy for these two and they really are a great match for one another.

4.5 OMG benning is the best and so is Ivan my only complaint it wasn’t longer. I would have loved to have gotten a full story out of these two but I’m glad I got a little bit that I did because this was adorable on so many levels

If you are anything like me, you waited very impatiently for Kelly to release Ivan and Benning's story. And man did it deliver. This is a quick read, but it is absolutely filled with love and acceptance.

I have two words for you. Complimentary. Limbs. Just please read this book.

I rated this novella 3.5 Stars so I rounded it up to 4 Stars. I enjoyed this Wrecked Series freebie novella. Ivan was recently in a helicopter accident and lost his arm, and has retreated into himself since his amputation. His friends/room mates Pepper and Jimmy make him get up and go to PT at Wrecked as he’ll not only get to work out but meet others like him. Benning lost both his legs and an arm in a training exercise gone wrong. They meet during Ivan’s first therapy session and instantly feel a connection. I just wish their book was longer since this book is very insta-love but that’s part of the course with novellas. Still worth a read. Ivan’s friends Pepper, Jimmy and Sean are friendship goals that everyone would be lucky to have, I’m looking forward to reading Roly and Heath’s story next. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author to everyone.

A little special novella for Ivan and Benning. They’re both characters mentioned in book two of the Wrecked series. They quickly had become a couple, and this novella shows us exactly how that happened. It pretty much all takes place within 24 hours, and then we get a nice little epilogue to wrap up some future items.
This was short and sweet. It made me smile a lot. I loved their sex scenes. They were realistic, with that lovely laughter and giggles that happen when two people just go with the flow. Both Ivan and Benning have prosthetics, but instead of it being moments that could turn awkward, they laugh and play with each other. They were quite delightful to read about.

Most of this book depicts a scene from Surrender, but from a different point of view. It’s just as amusing and sexy and romantic. I’m not one for “insta-love” stories, but Ivan and Benning are absolutely delightful, so I rolled with it. The ending made me laugh out loud, and while I’d happily read a longer-form version of this story, it’s also perfect as this deliciously sexy short.

Do I also definitely want a story about Ivan’s three roommates? Yes, please.

Our reality

Benning knows what he wants (or should I say who) and Ivan gets more than a workout when he visits Wrecked. “It’s about what we learned from what we lost. And I’m so doing, we gained each other.” I just love these two and am super curious about Ivan’s friends. A wonderful addition to the Wrecked family.

A very touching short story about two men, Ivan was in a helicopter accident and lost his arm, Benning has lost both his legs and an arm. They meet at therapy in a gym and hit it off instantly. It's a sweet story but hard to read now and then as their limitations are described, let alone Bennings night terrors. But their affection is strong and oh so sweet, I enjoyed this short read.

Kelly Fox has done it again in this hot short that unflinchingly and erotically revolves arounds a pair of combat-veteran amputees. Sure, it's instalove but this is a short, so it has to be. But it's believable, and hot, and I love her characters and attention to detail, and conversational writing style.

This is the Wrecked Novella that tells the story of Brennan, a triple amputee at the gym, and Ivan, a soldier who has recently lost an arm in a helicopter accident. It fits in neatly with the other books from the Wrecked series. I really enjoyed it, but I didn't think it was quite as good as the rest of the books in the series.

This was epic. Especially for such a short read. We really got to know these two though and I’m glad there wasn’t a lot of drama in their story. They have had enough of that.
