All He Wants

Rate this book
Julia:

Evan Danforth is a man who has it all – wealth, power, insanely unfair good looks, and his pick of the litter when it comes to women. I know I’m invisible to him. I know I’m just the barista that makes his usual ridiculously complex latte order. That is, until the day he tells me he needs me to save his billion-dollar empire.

Now I’m in way over my head as personal assistant to the hottest, youngest billionaire in New York. But the deeper I sink into Evan Danforth, the more I see there might just be one last thing on earth he doesn’t have, and wants.

Me.

Evan:

She’s the girl I can’t look away from—the gorgeous barista at my usual spot that takes my stupid latte order and takes my breath away. I know all she sees is another obnoxiously rich finance bro. But all I see is the one thing I can’t have.

She tests everything I am, and everything I have—my patience, my resolve, my sobriety. But right now, I’m a man at war. A rival has launched an assault on the empire I’ve built from scratch, and Julia Summers might just be the one addiction I need to save it all.

She might be the one thing I need to save myself.

This OTT romance is packed with instalove, no cheating, no cliffhanger, and a perfect happy ever after.

A reader first and foremost, Jagger Cole cut his romance writing teeth penning various fan-fiction stories years ago. After deciding to hang up his writing boots, Jagger worked in advertising pretending to be Don Draper. It worked enough to convince a woman way out of his league to marry him, though, which is a total win.

Evan Danforth is one of the county’s richest men. He’s a billionaire. Evan is a really nice guy. The one thing I’ve noticed about Jagger Cole novels so far is that not everything is what it seems. Sure, Evan has a reputation of being a playboy billionaire but that’s not who he is at all.

He’s actually turned his life around quite a bit. He’s focused on his company as he is the CEO of a billionaire dollar corporation. In this very short, a tad cheesy and cliche read, we get an office romance with Julia and Evan.

Julia is a barista where Evan gets his regular morning coffee. He sees her every time he walks in. The attraction is felt between them both. The chemistry was great between Julia and Evan.

If you’re looking for a very short not too angsty, light happy office romance this is definitely it.

The secondary characters will also have their own spin off which I’ve read before this actually. It’s amazing!

I loved this one!
Very much!
Rich man see sweet woman and wants her. Too bad he thinks she is too good for him so he only sees her on occasion when she’s working the day shift at the coffee store he frequents. She also wants him. Duh!!!
Insta-love story when she comes to his rescue.
I highly recommend this shorter romance story!

Insta love with an idea of drama

This was definitely an meh one for me that I thought had great potential.

It all was so easy and the drama had the potential to be so big but ended up just dudding out and having the easiest possible solution.

I was disappointed but it both characters were like able and there was some parts with good chemistry

I was excited to read this story and I wasn't disappointed. The connection between Evan and Julia is so intense and fun to read.
I recommend to anyone looking for a quick read and an OTT alpha who has not only met his match but will fall to his knees for a taste of her.

This book and the characters were a bit too insta-love for me. It had it's moments and was well written but wasn't a story that kept me fully engaged. I liked Evan's character more than Julia's. Jagger Cole's hero's are not what they seem or have been labeled and Evan's character is exactly that....not what the reader is led to initially believe. He's a bit off-putting in the first part of the book but comes around as the story progresses.

Julia's character's initially is mousy and not very interesting. One visit to the coffee house changes all of that thus setting the stage for a change in jobs as well as her future.

It wasn't a deep story with deep characters but it had moments that were noteworthy making it a decent read.

Quick, hot read

Jagger Cole can be counted on to steam up your kindle in the most efficient way possible. While his stories are shorter than novel length, one never gets the sense that something is being left out in creating a good story behind a steamy romance.

The billionaire and the barista is something many fantasies are built on. Julie catches Evan’s eye but it isn’t until he’s in a crisis and she steps in to help him, that they take that next step.

This story has financial intrigue, the office dalliance, and a nod to recovering from addictions. It has an HEA for Julie and Evan, but two characters go on to create the next story in the series.

Mind blowing!

What a.mind blowing action.packed, fast paced story! Evan's company is being attacked by a Russian oligarch. So, in order to calm down he goes to get a coffee at his favourite coffee shop where he is helped by his favourite barista Julia. When she sees him having a melt down, she takes control of the situation and in the end he offers her a job as his assistant. This is where you will get on this roller coaster ride of action, reaction , swooning and rooting for them! A great entertaining story!

Jagger Cole strikes magic again. One thing I can always count on is lots of spicy scenes and a great fairy tale story. Julia makes coffee for a living until Evan notices her one day. He sets up an arrangement to save his company and along the way discovers he's met his true match. A quick alpha male love story you'll devour!

Relatively short read of 102 pages, but very enjoyable. Evan Danforth is between a rock and a hard place; a rival is determined to crush his company and seems to be doing a good job of it, by the look of his stocking dropping each day. In addition is appears that his secretary who quit is on the side of his rival, along with a lot of pertinent information about his personal accounts. Life is just about as bad as it can get. The only bright light on the horizon is from his daily coffee run to the Blue Fish Coffee shop. In particular from his favorite barista; he doesn't know her name but seeing her makes his whole day better. When he goes off in the Coffee Shop; she steps in; takes away one of the two phones he's yelling and cursing into and answers the call. Just like that Evan realizes he needs her as his
assistant; she will help him keep his cool, while he's fighting the battle of his life. So he does what is
glaringly obvious and hires her as his assistant. The rest is history.

I liked this book it had a lot of the ploys that are used today, billionaire financier; working girl who has more talent than she realizes and a dastardly plot, to bring down the hero. These characters were believable and the storyline wasn't just selling sex. Great plot and characters. I wished it had been longer with a few more details.

This book brings us Evan and Julia. Evan is a famous executive who occasionally comes into the café that Julia works at. He has had a "thing" for her, and she feels the same way - although they don't know that about each other. Evan's company is in trouble, and his temper is getting out of hand as he gets a call in the café, and Julia realizes that he needs help, so she just inserts herself into helping him. In a bad move on both their parts, Evan hires Julia to become his assistant. However, they quickly learn that this is not a good idea. However, the man that is trying to take over his business, a man named Petrov, wants a war with Evan. When Evan finds information regarding Petrov, he declares war on the people that Evan is closest too. Evan does everything in his power to keep everyone safe. I won't go into detail about what transpires, but this is a great read and I highly recommend it. I did received an arc for an honest review.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "ALL HE WANTS" This such a sweet captivating, entertaining, interesting, hot steamy short read with some action it grabs you from beginning to end.
Evan Danforth is a wealthy, powerful, gorgeous no problem getting woman bur the one he wants is a batista at the cafe he goes to he can't get Julia Summers off his mind she's smart, a little shy, and she tests him at every glance.
Julia Summers knows Evan doesn't really see her he's out of her league until the day he says he needs her to save his billion dollar empire sge agrees to help but as his personal assistant she feels way over her head.
I absolutely loved the chemistry between Evan and Julia they can't resist one another can they deal with the rival that wants to destroy his empire will tbey get their HEA this is a must you don't want to miss so well worth the read I highly recommend it won't disappoint.

Coffee jump starts everything.
Evan needs coffee so walks to the corner coffee shop where Julia works.
Phone rings and all hell is breaking loose with his company and a Russian.
Julia quietly takes one of Evans phones, takes control of his laptop and helps to smooth things over for a while.
He hires her on the spot as soon as he sees how she handles the stress but also because he wants her as his.
Things just keep going south for Evans company until the Russian accidentally leaves his phone at the coffee shop and Mateo keeps it.
They work on trying to read the files but they are encrypted and Evans company is working on it
All of Evans friends are under attack and he keeps them safe.
This is another great book by Jagger Cole. Written perfectly because in the dog eat dog world of Wall Street, anything/everything is fair in love and war.

I received an ARC and I'm freely reviewing.

Oh man, I adored Evan and Julia. From the get go, Evan is a different type of alpha goodness. Evan is very upfront with his attitude and is a recovering addict. He's a man that knows what he wants and will do whatever he needs to get that. Evan is having a terrible day and he goes to his safe haven and that is where Julia works. Julia is a good person that is just making it through each day and she sees Evan with all of his gruffness and frustration and still wants to help him. Julia makes his day just a little better. Overall, these characters grabbed me fast and so far they are my favorite couple.

This is a great book.

If you are not a fan of instalove then this story isn't for you. All He Wants tells the story of Evan and Julia, they have an instant connection and when he is having the worst business day of his life she steps in and comes to his rescue. From this interaction he offers he a job as his new secretary but the connection between them is too strong and its clear they cannot resist each other.

A cute, passionate story, with a fiercely protective hero and an equally strong heroine. It was a bit too instant love for me...I love you after a week of being together is too soon in my opinion. However, the chemistry between them was fierce and they did make a cute couple.

Julia and Evan's sorry was great! I loved that Julia started to take over for Evan when he desperately needed help and that she actually understood most of what was being said to her. And that she just did it on auto pilot to try and help.

Evan has a lot going on, but that didn't stop him from wanting Julia. And boy does he want her. The attraction between these two is insanely crazy and I'm surprised it took as long as it did for then to cave.

Jagger Cole is an author I automatically buy books from because I've really enjoyed his novels, and this book is in my top picks so far! Really loved it! Can't wait for future novels.

This is a perfect story to read in bed on a Sunday morning which is exactly where I read it.

Two lovable characters, not too over the top and Evan was the right sort of alpha for me. Strong and demanding without being too over the top. Julia was smart and fun, shy but not overly which I like in a female character.

Hot chemistry and very believable, the story has a bit of padding too it which I like as sometimes those shorter stories are abit to flimsy for me. This was perfect.

This author is becoming a new favourite of mine.

Evan was really having a crappy day and Julia swoops in and saves the day. She is not just a barista at a coffee shop she has a hidden talent as being a fixer for financial situations. Evan hires her on the spot to be his administrative assistant but he knows deep down that isn’t a good move because he is highly attracted to her. When the situation goes from bad to worse they rely on each other despite their mounting attraction for each other. Will Evan be able to save his company or will they be in for a hostile takeover?

I gave All He Wants a good 4.5 score. This is a quick read that kept my interest with interesting characters and a good plot.

We have our main lead Evan who needed help, in swoops barista Julia. She has a hidden talent that can help Evan. So she agrees to help him, but it gets hard to separate work from feelings. When things go from bad to worse, do these two buckle under the pressure or do they come together and win the day.

Like I said this was a good quick read that kept my interest from beginning to end.

If you are chasing a quick read and love alpha males, this is the book for you. Julia and Evan have a strong connection, but have done nothing about it. After Evan having a seriously bad day, fate steps in to put these two together.

Each time I read one of Jagger Cole's books, I feel his writing is certainly developing and I am looking forward to a novel from this author. Do yourself a favour and read this instalove story.

What a terrific read! There's an instant, over the top attraction with a combustible chemistry between Evan and Julia!! It pulls you in from the very first page with the building drama that is starting to unfold and then grabs on and doesn't let go until the very last scene at the end of the book. Even the side characters have so much personality it made me want to be able to read their story as well. The drama, intrigue of the plot running through kept me rooting for them all the way.
