I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Heather likes order in her life, everything that needs to be done is added to a list and prioritised so when she meets Steve Oxford things change in a way she has never planned for. Being her brothers assistant she ends up accompanying him to view two condos he is looking to make in to his new home, and he is making no secret of the fact that he wants to be with her. He seems genuine and she’s falling for this man who wants to make her his priority in life but how will her brother react to her being romantically involved with a client, will she have to choose between her job or love?
Steve knows the minute he stops Heather from falling in a crowded elevator that she is the woman he has been looking for, so when it turns out that she is the assistant to the real estate broker he is there to meet with he hatches a plan to spend the morning together. He suggests that she be the one to show him the two properties he’s interested in. Every moment he is in her company he falls a little harder for her, but he’s is ten years older than her, will his age be an issue and can he convince her to give them a shot at a happily ever after?
Really great read, Heather I could relate to with her lists and wanting order in her life and while some people looked at her weird Steve accepts her how she is. They were a great couple and fitted together. Recommended read 4 🌟

Commentary: I like the shy girl/persistent guy trope, but this one lacked a little sparkle. Steve was great for a beta hero, but to be fair, her brother had a little more energy and spark in him. This was a HEA though and it was my last read for the year, to make an even 1000 (you better believe I was reading up until the last minute - how on earth could I leave my count at 999???).

A cute fun read
As a insta love girlie I adored this short quick insta love romance. I enjoyed Heather and Steve interactions and the dialogue was so cute. This is the type of romance that’s a great palate cleanser after you read a serious book or if you’re in a slump and you just need a quick pick me up. Overall really enjoyed this one and wanted more of this couple.

I enjoy these short hot insta love novels. No drama, just about relationships. I know it's all fantasy, since it truly to "INSTANT" Haley, makes the woman a force of nature, smart, intelligent, determined to be independent, with a little bit of vulnerability.
That is the story with Heather & Steve. Steve is a new client for the Highfield Brokerage. Heather
the baby sister of Joel who is the owner of the company is very overprotective of his little sister.
When Steve sees Heather, he knows he has met the woman of his dreams & has fallen head of heels for the beauty. Though not sure what her status is, or if she is Joel's wife. He plays coi not wanting to tip the scales. But when Joel informs his client that his agents are busy to show him some of the properties that meat Steve needs. That is where Steve makes his move by asking if Joel's assistant can take him to the properties. She is not an agent, but Steve doesn't care he just wants to spend time together.
Once they are alone the chemistry is off the charts, & as the type of plot, they fall madly in love.
Heather, has her life planned & carved out based on the lists she made to complete her year learninf at Joel's company. Then work her way from assistant to agent. With that determination comes lists for everything. Between, job protects, purchasing a home, meeting a man & having children.
Meeting a man that meets all the requirements off her list is a hard task. But she will focus on that after her year at Highfield Brokerage.
Well things don't always follow the plans we make for our life.
If you want a quick hot romance, two people get to know each other in a matter of moments & then hit the sheets this is your book. The woman are young & first time in the romance. But the gentleman is just that. Kind, caring, wants to take care of the lady like his queen. What a dream story. I wonder where if there are any real men out there? Reading the next short that involves Joel & Erin insta romance. Heather's older brother, maybe now that he finds insta-love he won't be so hard on his sister quick love at first sight!!

This is the first time I have read a book by this author & I must say, I am not disappointed!
Steve is looking for a new home. He has been living in hotels for the past couple of years & feels he needs to become more rooted to one place in particular.
When he walks in to the estate brokerage to see what they have to offer, he instantly has a young lady thrust into his arms in the elevator & is stunned when he looks down & sees how beautiful she is.
Heather is a very shy, quite naive young woman who likes a list! She craves order in her life & never deviates from her lists. She is currently working at her brother's real estate company & is desperately trying to prove herself. When someone pushes her into a crammed elevator, she falls into someone - that someone, who when she looks up, is gorgeous! She apologises & rights herself grudgingly.
Next thing she knows, he is approaching her desk. He is polite & has a killer smile!
Once Steve has spoken to her brother Joel, Steve has insisted that Heather show him the 2 properties he is most interested in as he is keen to know her better.
What happens next is a whirlwind of emotions & sweet gestures up to their HEA.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone - It's a sweet, quick read that will melt your heart!

I'm a huge Haley Travis fan! Everything she writes is an automatic must-read for me. And this story, in particular, is amazing! Well, written with sweet sensuality, you feel the connection between Heather and Steve so keenly. Both emotional and lighthearted at turns, this book gives the hope of finding her own Prince Charming to every shy and curvy girl. But that's what you can always expect of a Haley Travis book. She always gives you a story filled with amazingly sweet yet possessive alphas and their innocent, shy, yet determined Princess. I loved this story, and now I'm off to read Book 2!

Amazing and Enthralling! Wonderfully written, sweet, and consistent, this story and characters will grab a hold of your heart and never let go; it is funny, exciting, witty, and very interesting. The characters are likeable and know what they want; the chemistry between them is instant and off the charts! Definitely recommended!

This is my first time reading something by Ms. Travis and it was a very enjoyable read. It is a sweet and quick read that will surely put a smile on your face. It's a very well-written story and you can really feel the connection and chemistry between Haley and Steven. While this is a quick and lighthearted read, you certainly feel the emotions as well. Great story, will definitely be reading book 2!

Heather works for her brother Joel in real-estate office as his secretary and meets Steve but when her brother is busy and can't show him 2 places to live the chemistry is off the charts but will her brother come between them? Such a great read and absolutely loved it.

This was my first read from this author, but it was a really nice story about Heather and Steve. I loved the first person dual point of view, they were amazing characters. Loved it
I absolutely loved this Insta love book. Heather and Steve were so perfect. I think he was the perfect gentleman so sure of what he wanted but not in a cocky way. He knew Heather was the one and didn't give up even when her brother Joel objected. In the end Steve got his girl Heather.
