Library book sale find. Never heard of Mary Ann Esposito until recently. No doubt she is an excellent cook, but nothing in it I would be much interested in making as an Italian myself I have my own favorites. The vanilla extract recipe is way off the mark, 1 bean to a cup of alcohol is not even close to making a decent extract. Will have to look into one of her newer cookbook’s as this is one of her first ones.
