Two hearts - and two different species - brought together by chance.
Resor, a dedicated warrior, lives for each mission with his Roh’ilian brothers. With them, he’s ruthless and obedient, so different from the man he becomes when he’s alone, left to the haunting memories of his past.
When he lays eyes on Gemma, the tiny human chained and forced to her knees at her captive’s feet, something inside of him shifts. For her, he’ll disobey a direct order and take on anyone who would keep her from him. He’ll risk the consequences for her.
Gemma has always been small but fierce. Growing up with older brothers made her strong as steel, until Thoza, her alien captor, breaks her. She survives in the darkness until a massive, silver-skinned warrior with kind eyes – Resor – fills her with hope once again. She starts to remember her strength and knows he’s the one to save her.
They might be strangers, but they’re drawn to each other. Together they just might have a chance at freedom while finding happiness along the way.
Imprisoned with the Alien takes place after Bound to the Alien. Each book is a standalone though it is recommended to read them in order for the best reading experience. Imprisoned is a steamy sci-fi romance, no cheating, no cliffhanger, HEA guaranteed!
Luna Kingsley writes steamy sci-fi and paranormal romance. She loves a happy ending more than chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream on top! When she's not writing she's attempting to keep up with her two active boys on all of their adventures. With her faithful rescue dog at her side, she's dreaming up "out of this world" romances with sexy aliens who are irresistible.
I enjoyed reading this entertaining Sci-fi romance that has an intriguing well-written plot. The well-developed characters have good chemistry & portray realistic emotional feelings throughout the story-line although there are some hidden agendas to keep the reader’s attention. There is: a quiet Roh’ilian warrior (Resor) comes across a human female (Gemma) being kept as a pet by a abusive alien (Thoza) who is the king of a Direlen Outpost naturally Resor is not impressed with this & later returns to save her but there is danger in store for them, Roh’ilian warriors, various kinds of aliens, abduction, slavery, cruelty, abuse, comradely, friendship, action, adventure, twists & turns, deceit, betrayal, intrigue, suspense, drama, adventure, action, attractions, danger, threats, enemies, attacks, conflict, violence, unexpected confrontations, brutality, manipulations, compliance, determination, protectiveness, vengeful feelings, surprises, some steamy scenes, contentment & a satisfying conclusion.
Wonderful, heart ❤ felt , passionate and healing that what this installment of the series offers!💖
Resor, can't get over leaving the beautiful dark haired human back in that hell hole of Direglen island. As soon as he was her chained to the Master of the island being abused he knew not only that he had too save her but that she was his. She alone made his heart beat and he would do anything to see her free! Gemma, had enough problems before being abducted. Her parents died and her creepy uncle tried to take advantage of her . Her for older brothers rescue her and they do what they can to raise themselves. Just when things start going right she abducted from her home and sold to an evil creep who keeps her in a pleasure house as a pet on a chain. And disobedience equals punishment painful, painful punishment until the day she looks up and see huge handsome silver warrior. When her eyes meet his she knows he's different knows that he will change her world. She just prays that change is for the better. I have to say I love Resor he a huge deadly warrior that is considerate, gentle and has an understanding that only one whose lives through pain and team can understand. His patience, care and love help Gamma regain her confidence and put her on the road to being the strong capable woman she was before being put in chains. There is danger, pain, fighting and more mysteries as to what happen to the Yinean the evil race of beings who start this whole saga. It's an excellent third installment passionate, loving and how so good and I can't wait to read the next book . 💖💖💖💖
Kingsley has managed to come with yet another amazingly written masterpiece of the Roh’lian series! Leaving the gates open for another masterpiece to come with the story of Thrutik and his red-headed beauty.
Resor has always been the quiet, skilled warrior who never took chances until he was face to face with Gemma, a prisoner and pet of Thoza. After defying the orders of his Roh’llian warrior brothers, he goes back to Direglen after the most exquisite human female he has ever placed eyes on, only to be faced with an alternative, fight for Thoza or else. After complying to his request and winning against a Dhehun warrior, he returns back to Bhoste with the girl who went after.
Gemma is quiet natured and hesitant about Resors intentions with her as she has endured a lot of turmoil and abuse at the hands of Thoza. But, Resor is nothing but patient with her, allowing her time to heal at her own pace. He teaches her how to defend herself as they’ve gotten to know more about one another. She learns to love him as he does her, with some passionate and steamy scenes to add into the story.
This story is slow but is a sweet one as the two of them get to know each other and fall in love. Prepare yourself for a few emotional scenes and passion once Gemma becomes comfortable once again with Resor!

This is a well written, fast moving ADULT Alpha Alien Male 🐺 Romance💕 with some pit fights and an attempted kidnapping. The human woman Gemma💃💋💔, is chained and tortured some and subjected to disgusting public humiliation tactics by Thoza👺. Might be a trigger for some readers.
The book ends in a cliffhanger with the lead in to Roh'ilian Warrior Thrutik's kidnapping by the Yinean.
This book is mostly an 👽Alien Adventure with an ADULT romance on the side.
Rated: ⭐⭐⭐ 3.25/5 Heat: 🔥🔥🔥🔥 3.5/5 Angst: 🖤🖤🖤 3/5 This one in the series was definitely hard a better broody alpha alien. Predictable, but an enjoyable sci-fi romance.
The writing and editing of this novel was fairly clean in the ARC version of the manuscript, with only occasional typos. The world building was minimal, though this is the third or fourth book in this series, so that could explain some of the lack of world building. The characterization was okay, with these characters being sympathetic if not exactly complex. The development of the romantic relationship was the best part of this novel, with the hero letting the heroine adjust before he really started courting her in earnest. I found the slower progression really sweet. The plot and pacing was exciting, with me turning pages quickly to find out what was going to happen next. There was surprisingly little angst, considering the heroine's history, and very high stakes, which I tend to prefer in my romance novels. This story used the Partner in Trouble trope. The world building was three stars. The plot and pacing were four stars. The characterization was three stars and the development of the romantic relationship was four stars. I rounded up and gave this novel a combined rating of four stars. This novel ends on a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that is a big plus. I recommend this novel to readers who would enjoy a sci-fi romance that does not use the Fated Mates trope or the Mail-Order Bride trope. I will probably read the next novel in this series, though I do not think I will buy myself a keeper copy.

Gemma is rescued by her Roh'ilian Warrior! by sewsummore
Gemma was a human female abducted by aliens from Earth. She became an exotic pet to an evil alien named Thoza who punished her severely whenever she disobeyed or failed to move g but he quickly enough. A Roh'ilian warrior named Rozer. saw what treatment she received and vowed to save her. Unfortunately, he was on a covert mission to observe and report back and was unable to rescue her at that time. He returned alone on a mission to save her, but they were captured before they could escape. Rozer was offered the chance to leave with Gemma if he agreed to fight for Thoza and win, in a fight to the death. Despite fighting a more powerful opponent, Rozer won and he left with Gemma to return to his home base. I found this book an exciting read that was set on a planet far away. Rozer was a warrior, who was well liked by his comrades,. but preferred a solitary life when off base. Meeting and rescuing Gemma made a big change in his life. He knew she had suffered tragically and it would take time for her to heal but he was prepared to wait as long as it took for Gemma to return his feelings of love and companionship. I liked this about him, and as time past Gemma began to heal and they explored together the love they had found in each other. This book is the first in the series I have read, and I look forward to reading more about the Roh'ilian warriors in the future. Resor and Khocin are trying to get to Khocin’s female. That is their mission. They are supposed to keep a low profile and not draw any attention to themselves, but Resor can’t take his eyes off Thoza’s “pet”, a woman he forces to kneel on the floor with her head down as she tries to make herself inconspicuous. Her name is Gemma. And Resor vows that they will not leave her here. If not now, he would come back for her as soon as he can.
True to his word, the always-obedient Resor disobeys his orders and returns to Direglen to rescue Gemma who was the captive “pet” mistreated by Thoza. He has to agree to fight on behalf of Thoza and he wins her in a competition against a Dhehun warrior who heals from each wound Resor deals out to him – but no one heals from a missing head! Thoza allows them to leave as they head to Bhoste together. Gemma had been cruelly abused and is mistrustful of others. Resor patiently shows her that he will wait. To build her confidence, he teaches her how she can defend herself. He says he will take her fishing and will teach her to make traps to catch her food. By not rushing her, the love and trust is allowed to slowly build between them. Will his gentle coaching, will Gemma heal enough to trust Resor, to know that she can depend on him? Grab your copy and follow their story!
This was a disappointing 3rd instalment of the Roh’ilian Warrior series. The characters were very flat with little personality, their spoken dialogue was superficial and very mundane, the author used an excessive amount of internal dialogue to communicate feelings to the reader that the characters did not communicate to each other, the storyline was 100% predictable, and the “heroes” are pretty useless. Every time a village is attacked or something bad happens they investigate for a few hours then come home to sleep, and they’re “hopeful there’s nothing else to worry about.” They walk into traps and are then like, “hmm, this feels like a set up but we’re going to walk into it anyway…yep, it was a set up.”
I lost count of the amount of times someone said, “If anyone can do this, it’s (fill in name)”. And I also lost count of the amount of spelling/grammar errors. There were also gaping plot holes (am I the only person who would worry about pregnancy when having unprotected sex? Gemma didn’t seem to give it any thought throughout the book).
The first book of the series drew me in, but this book is the final straw. I will not be reading any more.
If you haven’t read any of the alien series by V.K. Ludwig I would highly recommend those instead.
After Leah was being rescued, they came across another human, but she was a kept slave, a pet to Thoza who owns and runs the degenerate Outpost that sits on an island. When Resor met Gemma, the pet slave, he knew he would have to come back for her.
Resor breaks protocol to rescue Gemma which he managed to get her away but they got caught. He's forced to fight for Thoza for as long as Gemma has her freedom. Things are too easy after they get back to Boscht, figuring Thoza was up to something. He is called back to fight, his brothers goes with him. Once there... things do no go as planned, they were right to be suspicious. Their enemy was behind Thoza but the Outpost crumbles when things explodes and they get away except got Thrutik who had to save another female that was brought in before the fight started.
This book, another 5 cups of steaming java, ☕☕☕☕☕. So much action and it keeps you going.
The Rohilian warrior Resor and the slave girl Gema know the minute their eyes meet that they should be together. Surprisingly, there's not much drama around Gemma's recovery from captivity - Resor cuts a deal with her owner. Of course there's fighting and trickery and deceit, and they get proof that their arch-nemesis, the Yinean, are stirring up trouble, but... Really, the romance is settled early on, and there isn't a lot of sizzle in it. She's got PTSD, and he's got the strength and sensitivity to Help her heal, and he really is a good guy... The big fight/explosion/cave-in scene is an anticlimax,, and the Rohilians handle everything with such a "no big deal" attitude that there's no suspense and little dramatic tension. I'm voluntarily reviewing an ARC, and I call this one a Just-Ok 3 stars.
Written for mature readers only (18+ years old) due to subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language, adult intimate scenes and violence.
I highly recommend this story and series be read in series order for maximum reader satisfaction and to prevent spoilers as there are reoccurring characters and an overall storyline arc.
I found this to be the most engaging storyline of the series to date. The H/h bond over traumatic issues in their pasts, although not much detail is shared on the specifics. A little more time seemed to be placed on the developing relationship.
The grammatical issues in this story seemed more pronounced than in the previous stories. These included incorrect spellings such as too vs to and extra inserted words.
Resor and his Roh'illan brothers take their missions very seriously. With them he's very dedicated, ruthless and follows orders. When he see Gemma, a human, chained on her knees at the feet of her captor he feels something inside him shift. He's going to do all in his power to take Gemma. Gemma is filled with so much hope when she sees Resor. Gemma use to be fierce but Thoza broke her of that. These two might not know each other and strangers but their hearts are talking to each other. Together they just might have a chance of getting away from Thoza. Will they make it?? Will they be able to have their HEA? Read and find out. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Enjoyed the story. It is well written, entertaining and holds your attention. On a rescue mission Resor sees Gemma and the need to save her is strong but they will have to return for her. Anxious to return, Resor returns in his own and eventually retrieves her but at a cost. A lot happens at this point which causes Resor and his fellow Roh’ilian warriors to return to the island. Things go wrong and Thrutik along with others warriors are now missing. This is a great read that is full of action and danger. This book leads in the next story coming. This book in An Alien Breeder Romance Series is a very well-written story about Alien Breeders that have really great characters. These wonderfully written characters, flaws and all, will make you feel their emotions and you will root for them to make the connection. These characters have chemistry and learn to trust and love each other. This series is really out of this world with adventure, twists/turns, romance, fated mates and love. This is a must read book and series. I cannot wait for more books from this Author

Luna Kingsley is fast becoming one of my must read authors and this book only adds to that. Ms. Kingsley has a knack of story writing that grabs you at the beginning of the book and doesn't release you till the end. Her stories are well written with absolutely delightful characters that you can't help but cheer for their happily ever after. Resor and Gemma's story is one of survival in an impossible situation but getting stronger by going through it. This story has everything that you could want in a book; drama, action, conflict and of course hot romance. You will be sorry if you miss this one!

Gemma was left behind in the previous book. Holy Cow! Now Resor comes back for her. Gemma was last seen as a slave fora disgusting king who is running illegal fights and even more illegal humans to sell. Resor knows this is his mate. He left without permission to save her. Unfortunately They were caught before leaving. Now he has won her in a fight and returned home. Being “trained” to be submissive. It will take a lot of love and Resor who is more or less on the same a plane as her to help and love. Developing characters, action and more action to change and make sure there were no cliffhanger.

I’m loving this series and I believe that this is the best story of the series so far and this is Resor’s and Gemma’s story. I liked Gemma she’s a little spitfire but she was broken down by her master Thoza she’s in chains and made to heel at Thoza’s feet until a silver skinned warrior Resor fights for her. I loved this story and the characters their chemistry is sizzling 🔥, there’s plenty of action, adventure, suspense, danger, drama, passion and so much more that it will keep you reading right up until the end. Fantastic story and I can’t wait to read the next book in this series and I highly recommend this book.
Date finished: 03/10/24 Genre: Paranormal Romance Pages: 177 Format(s): E-Book KU: Y Tropes: Alien MMC, possessive/protective, who did this to you, one bed, traumatized FMC (slave trade) Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Thoughts: I loved Resor but Gemma was a little too meek for my tastes (I understand why I just couldn’t connect with her character) While Resor would definitely ✨talk you through it✨ the spice scenes were still pretty vanilla and these alien don’t have Alien attributes which is a bummer. Quote(s): “His features darken the longer he stares and it’s clear he’s angry. I can almost hear the low growl he emits from here, even if he’s too far away.“ Couple: Gemma and Resor
Luna writes an intriguing story! It is full with drama, double dealing, specific suspense that makes you really buckle down into the story! You get to meet characters that are so well written that you forget that this is a book, a product of a imagination. This book is consuming yet kind. It will definitely keep you on the edge. My best advise would be to buckle up and get ready for a journey you are not likely to forget. Luna is fast becoming one of my favorite authors.

The third installment of the Roh'ilian saga. Razor sees Gemma, who is being held by Thosa and vows to free her. They've both suffered trauma in the past and struggle to overcome them to be able to be together. I liked this storyline better than the last one as it brings back on elements from the first with the Yinean and the Dhehun, that adds to the action and adventure of the story. Great characters and world building and an HEA. A really good read.

A romance story were the MMC is a considerate, caring, nice guy. His people are raised to be warriors, which Risor definitely is, yet Risor is the quiet, home body, type. This does not have the steamy or aggressive elements that alpha warrior romance stories normally do. The two characters live together while Gemma is healing from her trauma and it is Risor's being there for her recovery that brings them together.

Resor had to leave Gemma behind because he could not take her with them at the time. Resor did go back after her alone and got into trouble. Now would be the time to get the book. I will be getting more from this author.
I absolutely loved reading this book. Luna Kingsley has written another epic adventure for us to escape in. Resor and Gemma are destined to meet, but Gemma is someone else’s property. They face danger and adventure together and explore their feelings together. It’s an exciting read and a story not to be missed. They have their happily ever after.

If I could get her verbal dialog to match with her internal dialog. Not on the same level, its jarringly different. yep. didn't finish. I keep going back to this author because there is so much potential in her stories which succckkkkkssss when it falls flat. I'll probably pick up another one in about 6 months. Its not insanity, authors grow, its not insanity. me arguing with no one..... that might be a little insane.
Imprisoned With the Alien was the third book in the Roh'ilian Warrior Series and I loved it just as much as the other two books before it. This book was soooo good. I loved Gemma and I loved Resor! I was happy to see them both get their HEA at the end! I am now excited to read book 4 of the series and can not wait!

These books are super exciting and very interesting. I just can't get enough of them. This is book three and I have already downloaded book four! Resor goes to try and rescue Gemma. Nothing goes as planned. He gets caught and has to make a deal in order to free Gemma. But the deal maker/enemy has different ideas up his sleeve. You must read this series if action packed stories are what you crave.
I hadn’t read the other stories in the series and was still able to follow and enjoy the story with no problems. It is filled with romance as Resor will do anything to free the enslaved human female, Gemma. He will have to fight for what he cares for. Gemma learns the hard way that aliens do exist but they aren’t at all what she expected. She will face a whole new world of pain and suffering but one alien may be her savior.
This is the 3rd book in the series but it can be read as a stand-alone. Resor is a warrior and dedicated to the job and his brothers. When he sees Gemma, he knows that he will do whatever he must to rescue her. This is a fast-paced read with loads of drama, suspense and steam. Great characters and an entertaining sci-fi read. I liked it.
