The Many Infallible Proofs Series recounts the story of both fictional and real people who met Jesus of Nazareth in his last year of public ministry. The backdrop of the story-line progresses to the crucifixion and resurrection as Jesus encounters Jewish Zealots and Roman soldiers, Jewish religious leaders and Roman civil authorities, all on a collision course with the new faith. Book 1 is primarily a story of love between Jacob, a young Zealot, and Ruth, the girl he grew up with in their small village but left behind to an uncertain future while pursuing his dangerous quest to defy Rome. His fight with the Romans will challenge their love and his eternal destiny. Jacob's encounter with Jesus will either make or break him. Book 2 tells of Selah, the daughter of a Jerusalem priest, and her dilemma in choosing between her father and Jesus of Nazareth in decisions of marriage and religious beliefs. She is further conflicted by a mutual attraction to a young Roman officer, Principal Marcus, a young man who also meets the rabbi after a near death experience. The lives of all four young people become intertwined in book 2 as they face choices that will follow them the rest of their lives. The story nears climax as these four gather at the foot of the cross along with Greeks, Romans, Jews, and others representing all of humanity. But the story doesn't end until after the resurrection of Jesus and the cross-cultural love and fellowship made possible by His sacrifice of divine love and forgiveness.
