The words on the pages flowed so well. Read it quickly and there was room to write your ideas and thoughts. She explained how you should be when trying to start your own endeavors. Some things you can find in this book are: Meditation, making sure you’re plugged in (like going for walks), being ok with change and rejection, pushing forward after the hard stuff, and much more.
Really enjoyable, this is my second book I have bought from this author. She has helped me a lot in my healing journey. The exercises in the book were great!
