The Split is an entertaining short read. After committing a successful robbery, one robber is told to kill his partner and proceeds to follow the order. The story has a nice, thoughtful ending.
This is a down and dirty story about the less desirable side of life. The reality is that there is no sure fire scheme that won't end in disaster. Great writing and characters with quirky twists.
Great story but REALLY short. Just when you're thinking, "What's next?" it is over. They say you should always leave them wanting more. I guess that is true.
Not every author can successfully write short stories, but obviously this one can. Extremely short, but managed to get a good twist in at the end. I will read more of this author’s short stories!
