Excellent!
Gavin is happily finishing up a successful robbery. He and his young partner, Chase are riding through the desert when he gets a text from the boss.
He has to kill Chase!
Gavin accidentally shoots himself with the gun. The day is not such a great day, after all.
Excellent short story. Nice pacing. Great rhythm. Perfect ending.

Decisions, decisions
The Split is an entertaining short read. After committing a successful robbery, one robber is told to kill his partner and proceeds to follow the order. The story has a nice, thoughtful ending.

Great Short Story
This is a down and dirty story about the less desirable side of life. The reality is that there is no sure fire scheme that won't end in disaster. Great writing and characters with quirky twists.

Good but REALLY short
I enjoyed this book and expected it to be short but not so terribly short. I definitely would not recommend it unless it was free.

Great story but REALLY short. Just when you're thinking, "What's next?" it is over.
They say you should always leave them wanting more. I guess that is true.

Great story
I liked the unexpected plot twist I wish the story was a little longer. This being said it was worth the read. I enjoy everything this author writes.

Not every author can successfully write short stories, but obviously this one can. Extremely short, but managed to get a good twist in at the end. I will read more of this author’s short stories!
