Your son is missing, you've found a pile of dead, deformed shifters, and the person responsible is the hero foretold to save the world. What do you do?The heart-pounding companion story in Mason Sabre's Paranormal and Urban Fantasy, Society Series, Tammy Burch is caught between a rock and a hard place. Neither option seems good.Tammy Burch is a member of the True Order--a group of Others and Humans whose purpose is to restore Order, save the world and stop the one who calls himself the Prisoner from destroying it all. But her son is missing. Assumed to be on a training run, Parker hasn't been seen for weeks. When his best friend turns up dead, and in a camp filled with dead and deformed shifters, Tammy fears the worst. Panther shifter and dragon keeper, Tammy must go against everything she believes in, even if this means making her an enemy of the Order, if she's ever to see her son again. My name is Mason Sabre. I have been writing since I was a small child and discovered I could have a million adventures at the stroke of my pencil (I wasn't allowed to use pen back then). I have written more stories than I could even publish, some of them I wouldn't ever put out, but I have had a blast writing them. I love writing, I love reading. I love to have a fictional adventure. When I am not doing that I am with my children or studying. I have a lifelong love of learning too.
I live in the North of England. It's a little chilly here and a little wet, but it is what I call home and where pretty much all of my stories are based.
A story that left me speechless. This can be read as a standalone, but as a fan of the Society Series I lapped up every word, as the tempo increased and more tantalising bread crumbs are dropped.
Tammy and her family have to make a tough decision, but with her son missing, a mother's instincts are too strong, just to sit down and do nothing. I felt a myriad of emotions as Tammy has some massive hurdles to overcome just to leave and find her son. Her trio of dragons captured my heart and my intrigue was spiked when Tammy comes across the mysterious girl, Savannah.
Never have I been so invested in a series of books and I'm beyond excited to find out what happens next to the characters, who now feel like family.
Mason Sabre's latest addition to his brilliant and mesmerising Society Series, ROGUE is just that ... BRILLIANT. Mason has that uncanny knack of rendering me speechless every time I finish one of his book, and ROGUE was no different.
Tammy's life is in turmoil, her son Parker is missing, and she and her husband Bill have the unenviable choice of following the rules or leaving camp to find him. Of course, for Tammy there is no choice, family first. Tammy and her family are members of the True Order, so Mason has given his readers the perfect opportunity to learn about this new group. As with all of Mason's books in this series, not everything is as it appears.
ROGUE is a definite MUST READ, if only to meet 'The Tribe', a trio of creatures who will absolutely capture your heart. These little creatures are simply adorable. As usual Mason is leaving a pathway of clues in this story, that will eventually lead to the climax we are all waiting for.
This is a superb read, and that ending ... Mason, you really know how to get the brain cells churning.
If you haven't started this series ... you just don't know what you're missing.
This series just keeps getting better! Tammy is threatened with losing the life she knows, when her son goes missing and his partner is found dying. Choosing between relative safety and her family, Tammy is ready to challenge everything she thought to be true in order to get Parker back. But, will "The Prisoner", Nick Mason, give him up?
Nothing is as it seems in this latest installment of Mason Sabre's Society Series. Rogue is an intense, heart-pounding thrill ride that leaves you wanting so much more! Sabre, once again, brilliantly crafts characters you can relate to and plots a story that grabs you and doesn't let go. Throughout, the intensity, desperation, and urgency emanate from the pages. Tammy's character demonstrates one of the things Sabre does best--build characters you know, understand, and empathize with from nothing. His genius here is doing it in such a short time.
From start to finish, Rogue is next-level storytelling. I can't wait for the next book!
The Society Series hands down is one of my all-time favorite series. Rogue is the latest companion story to this series. It is the story of Tammy, her family, and their efforts to save their son and to make a new life for themselves in times of turmoil. Tammy also has these cute sounding dragons that I wish were real because I would have one as a pet. Rogue is a fast paced, action packed story that proves you cannot always believe what you hear about others. The ending made me wish the next book in the series was out because it was just jaw dropping. This book can be read as a standalone, but it does feature characters from the main series. I highly suggest you get your hands on these books as you will be in for quite a treat.
OMG! This is a book written for a fan and man is it fantastic! We learn some important things! This is a stand alone, but if you’ve been reading Society then you will find some old friends and some clues. This is an important book! Tammy and her family help us learn about the True Order and what they think and how they operate. I literally could not book this book down until I finished it. Make sure you have a comfortable chair and snacks available because you will not want to stop reading until you finished. Oh and the end...Omg! That was a jaw dropping moment!! I highly recommend everyone read this story! Yvette, Book Haven Book Blog
Oh my goodness where do I start?? I absolutely loved this book, It left me with such a book hangover when I had finished it. This is another Fan edition which fits right into The Society Series, it is about Tammy and her family. They live within the True Order camp, believing that Nick Mason is the enemy, but they soon discover differently when their son goes missing and the set off to find him. This is the best PNR series I have ever read, I really don't want it to come to an end. Mason is a fantastic author, brilliant at bringing his characters to life, pulling you into the story, I got all the feels with this story. Well done Mason, I wish I could give it more than 5*
Being.an Other had so many disables into his world. But Tan and her family lived in a camp wth others. She was.led to believe Nick was bad and did bad things. When her son went on a mission and didn't come back they and to go find him. This is the start of their problems. They had to run and run quick. Their former leader had tied with the wrong people. People who wanted to destroy their kind. They had to go get their son and run away to safety. Little did they know in meeting Nick and their.son their lives would change. Well done Mason!
Dragons.. Oh hell yes! I am never disappointed stepping into this whole Other world Mason Sabre has created. Each step you take inside this world draws you in deeper and deeper not wanting to let you go. It’s just not the story, it’s also the characters, you feel as though you truly know them. I guess what I’m trying to say is.. this world has a life of its own, it will grow inside you.. let it.
Oh yes, another stonking story in this gripping Society Series of books. I'm on my second read, devouring every single word this Author has given us. It's all coming together now to what is going to be a climatic ending - a bit like this story. Did I mention Master of Tease - Grab it, read it ... then sit back and compose yourself ... war is coming people, and it's not gonna be all unicorns and rainbows (well, this is Society, a unicorn is very much a possibility lol)
This is one packed book with a fast paced story that I couldn't put down until I read the very last page.
I was gripped disappearing in through the lines in to the society world. This book was a complete story which I enjoyed greatly, but it looks like things are hotting up in the society world and it has left me wanting more.
I loved this latest book in The Society series. Great characters, more insights into war between the Humans, especially Norton and the True Order, and the others. I love this world the author has created and I am looking forward to the next book in the series. This series has it all.
Honestly I struggled to read this book. I don’t know if it’s because I lost interest in the series or what but I found that this book didn’t seem to hold my interest.
Man, once I started reading, I didn't stop till I came to the end. I'm so glad to finally hear about Sebastian again. Oh boy, is all I could say when reading his name.
Immerse yourself into this world! It’s easy to do from the first book on. I love that My family was able to be written as characters in this world of others vs humans! Just a small example of how Mason loves his fans. This book has a twist you don’t see coming. And the ending has you jumping up and down begging for what’s next! Thank you Mason for yet another great read!
