I’ve read fanfiction written better than this

"I moaned at the pleasurable sensation. This was my beautiful hell."
This read was too short! I need at least another 200 pages for me to be satisfied.
It felt like just when the plotline was reaching the best parts and we were getting into the tense moment that it ended.
Now I need to read the next one asap!
There are so many questions, past secrets, history and character personalities that we need to venture upon!
I love the tension between the two, obviously, they felt the connection and spark but the question is why.
"For a ruthless mafia-like him, who'd taken countless lives in the seedy underbelly of Chicago, he couldn't understand why he found roses to be so comforting. They were such fragile plants, their petals so delicate, like humans whom he could easily crush with his palms. Still, whatever it was, it always did the trick. The scent calmed him down and he relaxed."

I've been patiently waiting for amelia and lorenzo story especially when hear so much of them in jenny and giovanni story and I was so excited that the story was very good, I don't want to gave anything away but I'm putting pieces of the jagsaw to together and know that it's to do with there past and I'm hoping one of them will find out in book 2, there like so connected and even through circumstances that brought them together it felt that he was meant to found her and make her his, looking forward to the rest of this series looks very promising, happy reader and a good start to 2021

Suspenseful steamy romantic story that has two enemies becoming lovers but each one is holding back the truth about who they really are or maybe one doesn't know the truth about themselves. A real page turner you will love.
