Rate this book
Unprepared for guests…
Haunted by her great aunt…
Monica is in no place to fall in love.

Levi is in town to work … not flirt.

But he can’t seem to help himself when it comes to the B&B owner. She’s cute and spunky and not afraid to get her hands dirty.
In short, she’s all wrong for him.

Since they’re sharing a house, it’s difficult to create space and establish boundaries. But if they don’t get a handle on the attraction building between them, Monica may lose the B&B and Levi could be forced out of the family business.

You’ll love this small town clean romance!

(3.5 stars) - Bit of a slow start, but then it gets good

The beginning felt a little stilted with establishing the characters & their 'zinging' attraction. 🙄 At first Levi is inflexible & arrogant - I wasn't sure if I would like him.

Monica was more sympathetic, though still a little flat, & her constant accidents were cringey.

Once Alex entered the picture, then things picked up a little, and the main characters started becoming better rounded & more likeable.

Levi & Monica get past their initial negative impressions, but the path to love in a romance novel is never smooth. Family first is both a truism & a stumbling block for the would be lovers.

It's really sweet the way it resolves & a nice, winking happily-ever-after epilogue.

*Clean romance level: sweet kisses, nothing graphic

Sweetest Romance!

I've never been to EurekAlert Springs, Arkansas, but after reading this I definitely want to visit. Monica has taken on more than she can handle as she tries to turn the house she inherited from her Aunt into a bed and breakfast. Levi Hernandez, her first official guest, arrives a day early and she feels blindsided by his sudden appearance. Not only is the B&B not quite ready, but she's a mess and her aunt's ghost seems to be meddling with her plans.
Levi is used to .a tight schedule and very high quality. He's a bit taken aback by the B&B his assistant booked for him in EurekAlert Springs, but he's absolutely surprised by his sudden attraction to the B&B's beautiful owner. Monica and Levi seem to strike a good balance in their new situation and even start to open up to each other until the reality of their future starts to push them apart.
I couldn't get enough of the darling town of Eureka Springs, or of Monica and Levi. It was so sweet and clean and heartwarming.

I loved this story! Monica and Levy are such good, kind people. I loved getting to know them and watching them learn to communicate so they could both have their dreams come true! The romance between them made me greet my own sweet husband with a little extra love tonight!

Puts a smile on your face

This was a good read from the first page. I loved the human emotions emanating from both Levi and Monica. And I loved the ending which did indeed bring a smile to my face.

Excellent

Such a sweet romantic story with it's very own ghost! She inherited a bed and breakfast from her late aunt which opens the door for her to meet the man of her dreams.

Cute story

This was a cute story . Loved Monica’s Aunt Gwen, she was always looking out for her, loved that it had some funny moments because of her. Levi was such a good guy and, Aunt Gwen came around. Thank you for including an epilogue, always good to know what happened. Will read more from this author.
