Rate this book
How many times have you caught yourself lying in bed, watching TV, scrolling your phone, or just chilling and doing nothing? Trust me. I know how it feels like. Often it looks like you want to do something, but your body just doesn’t respond, and at the end of the day, you start your mental self-destruction process because you haven’t done anything productive – and that is the first stage of super-laziness most people have to overcome. The second stage is what I call unproductive work- that can be when you are doing something, or you are “trying” to do something, but the process is very slow, and distractions usually overpower your plans and desires. The third stage is Advanced Concentration and Self-Control – when you already have what takes to get rid of all distractions, and your attention is only on the work you are going. But still, you have to go beyond that and do that work in the shortest period possible. There are way more components in between that you have to master and climb up the stairs of attaining Advanced Productivity and Self-control. And throughout this book bundle, I will help you master all of them. Here are a few more things you will
And it doesn’t matter at what stage of Laziness or Productivity you are at right now - this book will give you the tools and strategies to climb at a very top of your potential. Now it is your turn to take action.

The book has a lot of good information in it and if it wasn’t for the audio book sounding like AI was reading it, I probably would have given it a 4. I did get some take aways to put into practice so I am glad I stuck in there to finish it.

DNF. Agree with the other comments about the robot voice on Audible. Also, it didn’t seem like there were going to be any useful new insights. Wake up early and make a schedule? Come on - that’s basic!
