We've met Raven's mother, with this book we get to meet her father. He was an interesting man, one who you could tell loved Raven dearly. I liked how their relationship was, but worried that Raven might have over stepped at one point. I liked that her dad knew what Raven did, told her thank you, but don't ever do it again. That was about right.

The drama at the farm that Raven's friends had was a bit crazy! I was glad that they were able to figure out something was wrong and helped fix it quickly. It was nice that this was just a random bad thing and not the big bad thing that everyone has been chasing for the series, nice to have the break from it.

It’s Autumn time and that means the annual harvest festival at Raven and Llewellyn’s friends farm. After opening their booth there, Raven and Llewellyn join in the fun there but soon Raven discovers sinister things are under the cheer of the farm and danger lurks. When she encounters a spirit of a dead girl, she finds a mystery that will have her on edge even as her friends are drawn in the crosshairs of something that will take down anyone in their way. Can Raven and her friends figure out the cause of this girl’s death, solve the mystery of the incidents happening on the farm and save her friends farm for evil has descended there and is determined to sacrifice anyone who tries to reveal their secrets.

WITCHING TIME is Raven’s next adventure set in the Wild Hunt series and I just adore how Ms. Galenorn delves even deeper into the Ante-fae world that is in the Wild Hunt world. Raven is strong, unique, and so intriguing to me as a character and we get to know more about her parents and friends in her latest adventure. Filled with unique and multidimensional characters, the author keeps the reader on the edge of their seat as they race alongside Raven as they battle something more deadly than they ever imagined. The author does a great job in capturing the feel of the danger that haunts this farm, the spirits that inhabit it and more so well that I felt like I was right there alongside them. The worldbuilding alone that this author does with her series leaves me in awe and is so rich with details and more that the reader can get sucked into this world and enjoy all that is there.

WITCHING TIME takes Raven on a case that she stumbles upon and finds is more deadly than even she, a bone witch, can imagine. I just adore these characters to death. So full of character, uniqueness and I just want to walk down the street to have coffee with Raven and her friends as they just brim with life within the pages of WITCHING TIME and the rest of the books in the series. Each book captures the essence of the main players, which in this latest adventure is Raven and her growth as a character and the relationship she has with many others such as her parents and Kipa, her Lord of the Wolves boyfriend/Mate. The author does an amazing job capturing al these wonderful personalities so well that they just work within the books and the reader is drawn into a world full of magic, danger, and romance.

WITCHING TIME is an action-packed adventure that will leave you spellbound till the very end. With characters that fairly walk off the pages and into your living room, to a story that will thrill and chill you in spots while leaving you flipping the pages to see what happens next for Raven and the gang. If you haven’t gotten into the Wild Hunt world yet, run-don’t walk-to grab it from the beginning because each book capitalizes on pas books and with a cast of characters so diverse yet unique in and of themselves, the reader will find so much to love within he pages of this series books as well as a romance that will steam your windows up. SO now all I can ask the author is…. next book please!!!!

This book was a story of Raven. She had to help a spirit move on, while also getting rid of some very bad spirits. Her mum Phasmoria (Bean Sidhe), Herne, Ember, Kipp and Kipp’s guards also helped.

I was given an advance readers copy as a gift from author without obligation. I’m providing an honest review.

I loved this book as I have done with all the books I have read in this series, but Raven Bonetalker is definitely my favourite character within it! Having come to terms with most of the horrors she endured at the hands of Pandora, Raven is back once more! At a festival at a friend's farm, she is reading her tarot cards when she spots a ghost of a young girl. Nothing particularly unusual there as Raven is a bone witch and deals with the dead and their ghosts regularly. However, there is something else amiss at the farm, something deadly, something changing people, something invisible and no-one knows who or what it is, let alone how to deal with it.

To help out her friends at the farm, she calls in favours from various other friends and along with the Wild Hunt, Kipa's wolves and Raven's own parents, they eventually work out what this creature is, but it is not anything anyone has ever dealt with before and it definitely isn't going to be an easy one to put down either!

I loved the world building and tension in this book. You could definitely feel the fear of the different characters about what was going on. Raven and Kipa were fabulous together and I loved the interactions with her parents as well. Raj is another favourite character of mine - I so want a gargoyle like him!

This was a fantastic book and is highly recommended as is all of this series! Thank you to Ms Galenorn for sending me a copy of this book - always a great read!

Witching Time, book number 14 in the Wild Hunt series, by Yasmine Galenorn , could not have been released at a better time.
Raven Bonetalker, one of the Ante-Fae, is about to experience a lot more than she bargained for at a Mabon harvest festival in which she and friend Llewllyn have a booth.
A spooky spirit of a long dead girl, and an unknown element that is threatening to take over her friend's farm as well as her life.
Raven's dad, Curiken, the Black Dog of Hanging Hills comes to visit for a week,to meet Kipa, Raven's boyfriend. Raj, her gargoyle immediately bonds with him. Love Raj !!
Good thing that mom Phasmoria, Queen of the Banshees, pops in, as Raven will need both her parents expertise , as well as help from Kipa and his Wolves, and the Wild Hunt, to remedy this very scary situation on the farm.
If you love urban fantasy, you need to read Yasmine's books... the character development is incredible, and I truly get sad every time I'm done with one, as I'm waiting for the next !
Bravo, Ms. Galenorn, you've outdone yourself yet again.

I love it when we get books from Raven's point of view in this series! It's like a change of air - this one is wilder and more supernatural. Yes, yes, I know the whole series is Urban Fantasy, but it feels more magick-y to me when we get to know more about the Ante-Fae in this universe. And we do get to see a lot more about Raven's background. During the story, she juggles family visits from her very imposing parents while saving some friends from something bad happening on their farm. I also loved the setting of the story - a farm fair! It suited the autumn mood perfectly.

If you've gotten this far into the series, you'll love this book even more than the others! If you're considering this series, don't be intimidated by the number of books - you will want to read all of them after the first one gets you hooked!

Raven has to be one of my all time favorite characters. She is full of fire and at the same time has such a caring heart. Its finally Autumn and time for festivals! Raven agrees to read the Tarot at a friend of friends farm not knowing that there is something wrong. There is something sinister lurking about and it is up to Raven and her crew to save the farmers and their family. We also (finally) get to meet Ravens dad. So does Kipa. 😳 Absolutely loved this book and cant wait until the next!

What do you do when you go to the farm and find a ghost or two?
I was given an Advance Reader Copy as a gift from author without obligation. I am providing an honest review. Raven gets the chance to help out several of Llewellyn’s friends on their home farm. During the Mabon festival, several ghosts are still lingering on the land and need to be released. Raven does this along with a visit from several family members and her loving partner Kipa trying to make a good impression on one of the family.
An excellent read and I look forward to more books in the series.

Do you like spooky stories? Stories about magic? Mythological creatures? Love and family? Or maybe you like stories about powerful beings? Family, love, magic and power are some of the themes running through this book. I think this was my favorite book in the Wild Hunt series so far! Raven is one of my favorite characters so I love when we get a book from her. I also think this was one of the spookiest books in the series so far. I love that we finally get to meet her father and learn more about her background. I cannot wait for the next book!

Raven and Kipa are back. Raven is reading tarot cards at a harvest festival on a friends farm. A Ghost is spotted and she decides to try to help. Of course, it turns out to be more. With the help of Kipa, the Wild Hunt, and Phasmoria, Raven will be able to help her friends. She will also get to spend time with her father.

This is a fantastic series and I can not wait to read more!!

The Wild Hunt is back.

Raven is all set to read cards at the annual Autumn Festival. Fun times should be had yet not all is as it seems. There’s a unsettling darkness surrounding a friends farm that puts Raven on high alert. All things are not as they seem.

Witching Time is an action packed, thrilling and dark urban fantasy. A beautifully diverse cast of characters that has someone for every type of reader. Ms. Galenorn creates a world that invigorates, captivates and almost entrance is the reader. Her take on myth, legend and lore is unique yet holds pieces of the original. Raven is one of my favorite of the Wild Hunt. She makes a few leaps and bounds within the pages of Witching Time. I loved getting to know her more intimately. One of the things I love most about The Wild Hunt books you always finish satisfied but yet you always want more of Ms. Galenorn’s creation.

This was a Fantastic read that as soon as I started I was transported to another world. It moved along at a great pace which made for a relaxing read. The characters are so real that you feel as though you know them and you want to be there to help them through everything that they run into. The story will grab you and not let you go until you finish the very last page and then you are needing more, like now. This is an amazing read that needs to be read.

This book was another great one from Raven’s point of view. It was a highly enjoyable, and slightly creepy autumn read, perfect for An October release. I absolutely recommend this book. Unfortunately it was over too quickly, but that’s more owed to the fact that I couldn’t put it down. I can’t wait for the next volume in this series!

community

Focused on the little challenges of life in a world of magic. Not save-the-world, but still important in protecting your community and your circle of friends.

Seeing the whole team rally around a person in need, sharing and offering a hand up is a major theme of this series.

Wonder if the gods Raven comes across might return for vengeance throughout her long life, or if Reyas even knows she was part of the unraveling of his sacrifice and temple.

This is another Ante Fae adventure from Raven’s PoV. Raven’s father and mother visit her. This is the first time her father meets Kipa and hears about her ordeal at the hands of Pandora. There is something insidious and dangerous on the Dream Circle Farms. Kipa, Raven, and Llew will try to evict it. Raven hopes to free the spirit of a young girl trapped, and kill the evil wights that are infesting the farm, with a lot of help from her friends and relatives. It was a big battle and Raven got a chance to use her fire wand made by Straha and given to her by Phasmoria. It worked, though the power was overwhelming. Lots more happened in the book, including some heavy, passionate episodes between Raven and Kipa.

I love all The Wild Hunt stories, but especially the ones about Raven!

Again, Yasmine Galenorn has outdone herself! Raven, her mother, Kipa, and the rest of the Wild Hunt gang come to the rescue of some friends who are badly in need of their services. This book is exciting right to the end, and, of course, it ends in a HEA! I just can't wait to continue with the next of this series! Yasmine Galenorn is my all favorite writer and I can't get enough of her!

Raven and Kipa and Raj!

Love the family in these books. They are just so dang cute. I was glad to see the happy ending come about for all parties and to see the farm make it through the trouble. I’m excited for wherever the stories go from here and waiting for Book 15 is going to be a challenge. 😄

So mote it be

The season of the witch is full of spells, spirits & a thinning veil. This season its also full of dark creatures brought by an act against nature. The author reminds us that it's in our own nature to be aware of what our actions can do to others. In this chapter she points this out with a vengeful tale & a caring response.

Raven has to draw on all her resources, magical and otherwise, to solve a mystery and save an innocent woman. This is a solid installment in the series, and definitely full of the creepiness you’d expect from a paranormal mystery released mere weeks before Halloween.

I wasn't wild about Ravens character at first. But as story progresses, I see how she supports the larger Wild Hunt story. It's kind of like having ante-fae as neighbors

You just can't go wrong with any book from Yasmine, and she does it again. The Wild Hunt series plus off-shoots, is a fantastic story-line, extremely enjoyable, and difficult to put down, you want to keep reading till all of a sudden you reach the end, and are ready to go to the next one.
