Starts with table of contents where recipes are broken up into meals.
Intro talks about Med diet and has food dictionary included.
Easy recipe starts with a title, color photo and prep time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items.
Directions are given and nutritional info per serving is enclosed: calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, fiber and protein.
Lots of categories and flavor combinations.

especially liked the idea of ​​pizza

This book is a really good one.
All of the ingredients are available and you can easily find them in your fridge. The pictures are excellent . This cookbook make your Mediterranean diet so easy and light. I have already cooked some of the dishes.it’s safe to say, they are awesome.
Green olive beef is a great meal for my dinner.

Excellent book and recipes

I loved the simplicity of the recipes,they were still very tasty. Good nutritional meals made following Mediterranean diet easy. Recommended
