My partner meditates nightly, but I struggle to meditate on my own. I found his Sleep Island meditation on Audible and decided to try it. Bram's voice is very soothing and even-toned.

I asked my partner if he would try it with me after he does his meditation and he agreed. We listened to Sleep Island for a few nights and he enjoyed it.

This week he asked to try something different and we gave this one a try and we both enjoy it as well. Bram has a way of getting me to really feel what's going on throughout my body. And he's giving me the tools to become calmer in different aspects of my life.

Bram Barouh guides you through a meditation geared to help you achieve composure and dispel tension and strain and aid in the manifestation of evenness of temper. I fell asleep quickly into a deep sleep.

I don’t need help sleeping. I sleep well and fall asleep quick. And getting 7-8 hours is normal for me. The term is what caught my eye and it was nice it was explained so thoroughly. I recommend this as it is very soothing.
