Ms Forster outdoes herself

Once again I found the author's writing intriguing and the development of characters interesting and exciting. I often wonder what the spouse of a writer thinks when they read of some of the sexual exploitations and devious occurrences. Whatever they make I enjoy it.

The reckless ones

As always I have enjoyed this book. I loved how clever the main character Ricky was. I great fantasy. Everything Rebecca writes makes it hard for me to put the book down. Highly recommend this. Clever ending.

I love this author. I have read several of her witness books and like them better but I like this book a lot. When I first started reading it I didn't realize that it was the same author who wrote all of those witness ones I had read. It read a lot like a Sidney Shelton novel. This book moves along at a good pace, she has good strong characters and a good plot. It is very sad in places and deals with a lot of emotionally damaged people who grow up to be thieves. There is also a good romance and a tragic romance. Another five star novel.

I initially read Rebecca Forster's Witness Series and was instantly hooked. Some of her other reads, this title included, however, have left me wanting more. I found this plot to be highly unrealistic while attempting to pass itself off as feasible. While I wanted to get invested in the characters, most of them left me annoyed instead of rooting for anyone.

I'm assuming this is an early Rebecca Forster as there were only glimpses of her brilliance in her later novels. I found this scattered and unbelievable.
