It all starts with four men, brought together by fate, connected in more powerful ways than they’d ever imagined. Old legends surface and ancient powers awaken, but so do enemies.
Fated mates, proud alphas, stubborn betas, sweet omegas, knotting, instalove, pregnancies, babies, friends, and lovers, you’ll find it all in more in this first box set that contains the first three books in the series plus bonus material.
This is a continuing mpreg gay romance series that needs to be read in order. All books in the series are poly gay romances, with the first two being MMMM and all others MMM romances. Start reading today!
Would you like the long or the short version of my bio?
The short? You got it.
I write steamy gay romance books and I love it. I also love reading books. Books are everything.
How was that?
A little more detail? Gotcha.
I started writing my first stories when I was a teen…on a freaking typewriter. I still have these, and they’re adorably romantic. And bad, haha. Fear of failing kept me from following my dream to become a romance author, so you can imagine how proud and ecstatic I am that I finally overcame my fears and self doubt and did it. I adore my genre because I love writing and reading about flawed, strong men who are just a tad broken..but find their happy ever after anyway.
My favorite books to read are pretty much all MM/gay romances as long as it has a happy end. Kink is a plus… Aside from that, I also read a lot of nonfiction and not just books on writing. Popular psychology is a favorite topic of mine and so are self help and sociology.
Hobbies? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Just kidding. I love traveling, spending time near the ocean, and hiking. But I love books more.

I've read Alpha/Omaga, M/M Romance stories before and have always been on the fence about them. Frankly... I just don't "get" them. It seems that the people are humans (???) and that they must exist in some type of an alternate universe or something (???). I love Nora Phoenix...I've read and own almost everything she has ever written so when I saw that she was the author...I thought I would try this M/M Romance sub-genera (??) again. I also listened to the audio...since John Solo is also a favorite and I thought that might add some insight. I'm not saying that I didn't like it, but I can't really say I liked it either, (see...on the fence again), and that was not in any way the fault of the author or the narrator. I did love the Palani character.... the cop. So... for the one amazing, warm, character, the wonderfully talented author that I love, and the beautifully done audio rendition by one of my favorite narrators, these three books will receive a 3-star rating...but I believe I will stick to more traditional M/M romances in the future. Please don't anyone try to explain this to me...my gay son and son-in-law have tried and have told me that they have given it up as Mom being a hopelessly loveable but lost cause.
I'd written a long review but didn't save it properly and now I don't think I have it in me to write full sentences so here are some of the main bullet points. - this is actually a 2 star book for me. Then you first gay romance I'd have rated that way in almost a 100 or maybe more. I won't be be reading the rest of the series. - the alphas and omegas are just archetypes, Lidon (alpha in book 1 and 2) specially is written likes he's the second coming... barf. Maybe I'm exaggerating but it honestly got to be too much. - the Alpha in the 3rd book, Grayson, was more fleshed out but then that books turned out to be daddy-boy and just not convincing enough. I don't like daddy-boy stories at the best of times and prefer to be warned ahead of time. This didn't descend into diapers and bottle feeding thankfully, but something about it annoyed me anyway. - The omegas are just receptacles for cum. Okay I'm exaggerating again, but would it have killed the author to give them a sense of humour? I am fine with weak, helpless characters if they have some personality and a sense of humour. There seems to be potential of future omegas in the series having some individuality but the two in focus on this box set of 3 books could be swapped and no one would notice. They are boring clones who only cook, clean and have sex and be pitiful. (I guess the one in the 3rd book likes to be more submissive but meh... Not the kind of differentiation I'd have liked to have seen). They are so poorly written I felt like a man with dreams of a barefoot-and-naked-wife-at-home wrote them. - the power dynamics. This is probably unfair of me to list here because it's a story choice, not a failing by the author... But the way society is set up against the omegas is very infuriating. - The main characters in the first 2 books try hard to say and show that the omega is the most important core of the family but I didn't feel it at all. It just annoyed me.
Why did I give the book the 3rd star after all of the above? - Palani mostly. All the betas are better written and have distinct personalities. I like Enar and Lars also, very much. But I love Palani. Again, the sense of humour is not shown enough, but these feel like real characters and are proof enough that the author can write and write well.
OK, full disclaimer... this is the 1st Mpreg book that I've read as I find the concept of (what I can only assume are poo babies, because where else could babies pop out from in) men 🤔 giving birth is beyond ridiculous... they don't have the necessary equipment.
Thankfully, this book did NOT answer that particular question 🙏
Although I do like Shifter books which usually tap (mostly lightly from the books I've read) into the Alpha/Beta (this is my 1st Omega) genre, which is a fallacious belief, seeing as the very man who came up with it discredited the concept himself... there's no such thing... this book delves WAY too deeply into a non-existent concept... but, there's also the possibility of poo babies... so, not the worst concept that the story delves into...
The book was available on Audible+, so I thought I'd give it a go as it was free!
I've developed a serious dislike, which is that there's a LOT of internalised misogyny in female authors when they're writing MM romance...
Usually, it's that a FC is annoying, the villain, the cheater, the pain-in-the-ass, etc... however this author went all out with what I can only assume is her serious hatred of women in general.
Halfway through, it was implied that a specific family was special because it was purely an MMM(MM) bloodline, which had already made my eyes twitch, however she doubled down by stating that it was the contamination of female cooties (coochies) which caused the problem in shifters.. only men (male Omegas) can save the day... that's literally when the author lost me...
I think female writers forget that even though it's MM romance, their main & biggest audience ARE women...
Oh & there are only THREE women in this story & they each only feature ONCE in the entirety of the books. One is a secretary, the other is an aunt & then there's a sister, who risks her own life to try to save her brother, but as he's a me-me-me character, he can't be arsed to find out if she's OK, because HE'S safe & that's all that matters... 😒
Onto the story... TBPH, I liked Lidon, Enar, Palani & Grayson, most of the other characters were too fleeting to make any real impression, aside from Bray... & I can't say that I was a fan of the (annoying/superfluous) omega, Vieno... he was too much of a me, me, me character for my tastes 😬
I felt for him at first, but he quickly devolved into an extremely selfish & self-centered character... the whole tantrum because he needed to wait maybe FIVE minutes to orgasm & he wasn't the centre of the universe for the whole of TWO minutes, was pure egocentric & childish behaviour... I'd honestly lost interest in him as soon as his "issue" was resolved, but his increasingly egotistical behaviour did start to grate & the tantrum was the coup de grâce 😬
Honestly, I don't think that the author managed to create a cohesive or believable (IMO) polyamorous couple. It still very much felt like 2 distinct couples & that they were swingers 🤷♀️
A lot was said about the superfluous (IMO) omega being the glue, but I thought that Palani was the actual glue that kept them all together, he was the one who always tried to help them all understand each other... the omega was simply the easy-to-stick, lubed up hole. I would've much preferred if the story was about Enar, Palani & Lidon being a throuple.
I liked the dynamics between the 3 of them & Palani was definitely the catalyst for Lidon & Enar to get their act together...no pun intended!
My heart damned near broke for Palani & Enar when they lost their other halves & the Omega was incredibly cruel to Palani... he could've said that they were a package deal, especially because the only reason he was still alive was because of Palani, who went above & beyond for him... but, he said deuces as soon as his problems were solved. Like I said, he's a me-me-me character 🤷♀️
& the only admirable trait in him had been that he'd had a part-time position to help pay the bills, but as soon as he married a rich man, those TEN hours a week of work were far too much to handle for such a preciously useless character 🤐
TBH, what kept me going was more the mystery than the "love story"... the author wasn't able to convince me that they WERE a loving quartet & for me, the healthiest relationship out of the bunch turned out to be Palina & Enar... at one point, it's highlighted that although Lidon (who never bottoms) & has 3 mates, practically ignores the rest & only uses the Omega as a living sex-doll even though he has 2 other mates... methinks it's the convenience of a ready to use, lubed-up hole 🤷♀️ & I'm not sure how that's meant to convey that they're an equal partnership.
Also, for a poly romance, there was a remarkable lack of spice... far too much focus is on the lubed-up hole, living sex doll rather than the other & I HATED t that when it came to Enar's crowning glory moment, he was instead relegated to the start of a human centipede sex-chain.
The author did him dirty, because so much is made of making him feel like he belongs, but as soon as he does "fully belong", he becomes the runt of the litter & Lidon even implies that he's the last priority out of their quartet... oh & his "full acceptance" into the group only comes about once he bows out of power as it were... for me, the declaration would've had a lot more meaning had it come about before Enar's public declaration!
I also hated it that a very crucial talk between him & Lidon turned into a fade-to-black so that we could focus on the lubed-up hole again 😡🤬 & that Lidon's & Palani's first time wasn't even a footnote when it should've been central to their story, seeing as Palani had to sacrifice so much & Lidon was technically the usurper...
I mostly liked the lore, the allegories, the politics, the mystery & as mentioned before the throuple minus the omega.
I can't say that I'm enthused about the 3rd book as it seems (from the synopsis) that it's simply a copy & paste from the first 2 books... also, one of the MMCs, Lars,I think is his name... seems like he's a brat who needs a few good slaps! He barely featured in the last book.& he already did my head in.
I think the relationship between Lars & Sven, I think their names are... due to its taboo nature, should've been something that came about as a result of the hormones rather than what is implied was the impetus for the start of their relationship!
All in all, I'm still definitely NOT a convert of the whole Mpreg genre... it's most definitely a moronic concept IMO & I'm mostly ok with casual mentions of Alphas & Betas... but the omega concept is way too far-fetched IMO & the whole deepdive into the Alpha/Beta/Omegas... are Gammas also a thing, I wonder 🤔 is really not my cup of tea,.but I'm guessing this would be right up the alley for.someone who is very much already a fan of this specific genre!
I enjoyed this story with all the pain and love that all the men felt and how they were able to find a way to come together as a poly relationship and work together to solve the mysteries that were becoming clear about Vieno's health problem and just how widespread it was. All had their own role to play which was crucial and all had their motivations, feelings and emotions. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MMMM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
#2 Alpha's Submission 4*
Things got much more exciting for them as they settled into their relationship and roles. The conspiracies made everything far more interesting and the new arrivals added new dynamics and expanded the knowledge at the same time. Lidon was a strong leader who was able to struggle with all of the changes while also doing what was needed. Some deep thoughts and emotions at times. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MMMM story with mature content set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
#3 Beta's Surrender 4*
I enjoyed this story with conflicted Lars who lashes out without thinking, mild-mannered Sven and a very caring and tolerant Greyson. They were made for each other it just took longer for Lars to see it. Greyson had the patience of a saint. I liked all of the emotions swirling around Lars which were well described. Easy to read, feel and understand. This is an MMM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB and D/s dynamics set in the omegaverse with mpreg.
I often don't like Omegaverse books with a less positive world building for Omegas & women but holy cow, I have just surfaced after devouring the entire Irresistible Omegas series in a few days and I am in love with the Hayes pack!
There's a brilliant story arc, well written nuanced characters and a whole lotta love. Positive poly relationships (one foursome then triads), identity divergent and non-conforming (think trans/enby + gender non-conforming but applied to the identities of omega/beta/alpha) characters shown with sensitivity and care, trauma recovery, kink and so much more.
My only criticisms were the insufficient for me background on the world building (i.e. how this world got to the point where wolf shifters and non-shifting humans had interbred so much that everyone is alpha/beta/omega but there are no wolf shifters left at the start of the series). Plus what's the deal with the city?? Oh and why on earth would the Hayes pack ends up being men only? Also the episode of a lotta magic in Omega's Power felt a little clunky (but the feels and overarching storyline in that book compensated for that bigtime).
You need to read these books in order, none are standalones.
In this series you'll find: MMMM & MMM relationships with on-page spice; Omegaverse with MPreg; characters whose identity doesn't match what they were assigned at birth; characters who do not conform with the expectations associated with their identity; SA & torture survivors; abortion provision; wolf shifters; fated mates; blended families; disabled characters (physical + PTSD + agoraphobia); medical experimentation; corruption; death of a family member; civil war; concentration camps; death of a mate from a brain tumor; violent attacks; some kink inc. Daddy/boy, soft Dom/sub, exhibitionism & voyeurism; and a lot of HEAs.
Okay honestly this 3 book series shouldn’t be reviewed one by one.
The first book I was about to DNF so many times.. but something about the story sucked me in. Now here I am obsessively finding ways to listen to the audiobook as fast as possible.
I do think if I was to read this without the voice actor, it wouldn’t have been an entertaining.
There are plenty of spots where I laughed out loud when it wasn’t meant to be funny.. please imagine this series as like watching law and order vs a blockbuster movie. It’s addicting af.
The 3rd story was not 100% my jam bc I’m really not into daddy/dom relationships .. but not yucking anyone else’s yum.
One thing I will scream from the rooftops that I love is that the author carries all the characters forward!!! I don’t feel like I’m losing MC attention, but rather the story is developing more and more.
4 stars i was hard to give in comparison to some amazing literary works/ authors with better use of language in a more melodic way .. but i decided to rate it based on my enjoyment and how much the story sucked me in.
Sometimes we just need a relaxing read without much thinking.. if that’s you. Try this out.
"Irresistible Omegas Volume One" received THREE AND A HALF stars.
I couldn’t get enough of Vieno, Palani, Enar, and Lidon’s story, and I was so happy to learn their POVs continued in the third book.
Daddy kink is not my favorite, so I didn’t enjoy Lars, Sven, and Grayson’s story as much, but I appreciated the way Phoenix worked through Lars’s confusion and eventual submission. Also, Sven is just adorable.

After reading these books a year or two ago, I decided to binge-listen to them on Audio for over 85 hours for the three box sets. I did this over a week and was gutted when they ended. I then started on the Dragon series that followed.
If that doesn't tell you how good they are, nothing will. The characters are well-defined; the story has so many parts it keeps you involved. The whole world-building has been done flawlessly.
I recommend these books.
The narration by John Solo is superb. He has done a great job narrating these books, which he always does, helping bring the characters to life and giving us a new immersive experience.

I like that these books aren't all about the main characters. Once you get past the first 2 (which are hot af btw), each book focuses on a new throuple, but there are still chapters here and there from the pov of Lidon and his mates or from the mates in the previous book. It lets you really get a feel for the pack, which I thoroughly enjoy. You also don't forget where things started, which for me is common in a long series.
I really like NP's style that she does this with a series. I noticed it in what will forever be known to me as Indy's series and in the Irresistible Omegas series.
Hats off to NP. she's a definite one click for me. And the fact that she writes steam on the level of more experienced authors is a plus.
You're guaranteed a full story line with lots of heat. Double entendre intended.
Nora is a fabulously creative writer. Her characters all have such depth, and she writes with such sensitivity, that you dive into the world she creates, and fall in love with the people she brings to life. The story line in this series is captivating, and exciting. I can't wait to find out what happens next. This is a love story, thriller, paranormal joy ride. You will love it!
I loved this series. Vieno an omega was experiencing an unusual heat and his friend Palani a beta couldn't help him only an alpha. They called Enar a doctor and alpha to help, but he couldn't do it, so he called his friend, Lidon a cop and alpha. I loved the story line about the omega gene, and the added characters made the story.
Alpha's Sacrifice - Vieno and Palani. Omega and Beta lovers need an alpha to help Vieno who is dying. Lidon helps and becomes connected to Vieno. Alpha's Submission - Enar joins the other three officially and accepts that he is a Beta. Beta's Surrender - Lars and Sven need an alpha/daddy. Sven chooses Grayson.
Oh my word y'all. This book is heavenly. I have never read a book like it and I doubt I'll ever find something to come close to it. I loved every second of it. The story is constantly building, changing, rebuilding, and keeping you on your toes. If you are on the fence, give this one a try. You won't be able to put it down.
I am not new to this author but I was so surprised when I loved these books so much. I was so hooked from the start the four men sucked me in and I couldn't stop. By the time I got to book three I was sad thinking that was the end for them but was so happy with how the series continued. I can't wait to get to the rest now.
Loveeee the books, my absolute favorite thing is when authors bundle their books together especially in situations like this when the short stories need to both come before the next book and when they release a little information that would have otherwise been missed if they weren’t read. This may just be one of my new favorite authors.
I love how this series is different from others by including Betas. I don't like how the Beta's are basically treated like they are useless, but without this the series wouldn't be different from the others.
This first installment of this series was so stinkin cute and heart warming. I loved the sweet mixed with the mystery and the smut. It was the perfect mix of omegaverse with an investigation you would find in any mystery.
Book one grabbed me by my heart & wouldn't let go. Fell in love with the shifter genre all over again. Favourite things about the book is: Hot AF, other couples/relationships are introduced & explored but, the main characters are always there
Composite review. Interesting take on ABO/shifter dynamics. The books don’t neatly wrap up arcs (plot or character pairings) endings of every book, though this is ameliorated by having multiple books compiled together.
I liked the first half or more than half perhaps but i really don’t like age gaps when the MC are in their really early twenties /19 and the other MC is 20+years older🫣🫣 and with a daddy kink! Noooo ughh, i had to skip and skim through all of that. Oof, that was hard to read.
Thus series was too interconnected to begin to read as stand alone books. Get them as box sets if you read fast at all. I love the characters but want more.
DNF. Way too cheesey. No character depth. Not enough plot to keep me interested. Pretty disappointing because I know this author can do better. Not to mention all of the grammatical errors and typos.
